Wireless CCTV (WCCTV) is a market leading, customer focussed provider of portable, re-deployable mobile surveillance solutions. WCCTV manufactures and delivers solutions that operate over multiple wireless mobile networks to meet every circumstance, including 4G, 3G, GPRS and satellite networks.

Over the last decade, WCCTV have developed a complete range of overt and covert specialist re-deployable camera systems that have supported the rail industry, utility and construction companies and government and local authorities.

In 2009 WCCTV was awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace. In 2007, the company received a Home Office Scientific Development Branch award for work completed in conjunction with Greater Manchester Police.

All WCCTV systems are manufactured within the UK, and are future-proofed to ensure seamless compatibility with next generation mobile networks. All WCCTV systems are 4G compatible, delivering speeds of up to 25 frames per second on a live connection, as well as real-time reviewing and downloading of evidentially secure recorded footage from existing control rooms, PCs and remote mobile devices such as iPhone or iPad.

Leading mobile surveillance for over 10 years

WCCTV Site TowerThe WCCTV Tower is a complete all-in-one surveillance solution. The system contains 4G mobile phone technology to allow the transmission of video alarms. It also includes a heavy duty infrared 360˚ pan, tilt and 36x zoom camera to allow a remote operator to capture images of potential intruders, and audio speakers to enable a remote challenge to occur. The Tower also comes with a fall-back battery in case the power supply is interrupted.

Within the system there is a removable hard disk drive that provides evidential quality images for up to 60 days at 25 frames per second. The Tower can also be used in conjunction with external motion and heat detectors, and can easily be linked, if required, to other legacy on site alarming systems.

WCCTV Towers can be powered via mains or generator. Alternatively fuel cell technology can be used, which can power the systems autonomously for up to eight weeks. When this supply is near depletion, an alarm is triggered to notify the user that there is a requirement to replace the fuel cell cartridge. WCCTV also provides towers entirely reliant on wind and solar energy.

In addition to providing site security, the WCCTV Tower can also be used as a project management and Health and Safety tool. It is possible for office based personnel to access the cameras during working hours and review the recorded images to solve on-site problems.

WCCTV Dome SystemsWCCTV Dome Systems are all rapidly deployable products, being easily powered from a lamp-post, column or building. They all have full 360˚ Pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) control, and come with a removable hard disk recorder which provides 25 frames per second (FPS) of evidential quality video for up to 60 days. The lightweight Mini Dome weighs less than 3.5kgs, while the more robust heavy dome weighs 7kg.

WCCTV NanoThe 3G Nano is WCCTV’s smallest surveillance device to date. This one camera system can be used with fixed, PTZ, analogue or IP cameras. The unit contains a removable compact flash card for digital evidential quality recording. Users can monitor either live or recorded video or audio footage from any remote site via 3G HSUPA mobile phone connectivity. An automatic fall-back to HSUPA, UMTS and GPRS provides optimal flexibility. The product is future-proofed and designed to operate on all latest generation mobile networks.

WCCTV Body-Worn SolutionsWCCTV’s body-worn solutions have been developed to meet a growing demand for body-worn surveillance with remote access to live video and GPS location information in both overt and covert environments.
