User taps “+” on tab, to open panel

Panel opens with Category / Places panel, Category is selected by default,with users personal folders listed below.User clicks Add New to add new category. Or long pressesto select folder for deletion

With College folder selecteduser can search bookmarks,when results are shown, user can longpress to select bookmark(s) to be added to College category

Filtering options:1/ Filter by default algorithm (ie. page title, tld - to be decided)2/ Filter by last accessed date / time3/ Filter by personal folders4/ Filter by places
