    Act with Sensitivity

At its highest vision, respect for the individual isunqualified. The core of this sensitivity lies inunderstanding that every being, however different,is equal. The spirit of democracy underlies our

notion of sensitivity... we believe in a societywhere each citizen sees the ethic of equity, theessentiality of diversity, the ethos of justice, and isthus driven to social action. It is about being able

to see that each one of us is inextricably embeddedin the same social fabric

individual strives for a meaningful life and isintrinsically driven to do his/her best. Therefore, true respect means creating conditions in whichevery individual grows to realize his/her promise
