TAKING ADVENTURE TO NEW HEIGHTS Take a leisurely ride on the Kaatskill Flyer, our state-of-the-art 6 passenger chairlift, offering breathtaking panoramic views on your way to Hunter’s 3,200’ summit. RIP VAN WINKLE MONUMENT

After you reach the summit from the skyride, visit the Rip Van Winkle Monument. This larger-than-life monument is a stone depiction of Washington Irving’s famous literary character. The monument, carved from blue stone, can be found by the path to the summit zipline launch to the east.
