Any payments due thereof, may result in forfeit of any service and/or reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. All end of season services must be scheduled with North Shore Performance in advance and prior to October 1 st . All shrink-wrapping is usually completed by the third week of November. Shrink wrap integrity and workmanship shall be warrantied for 6 months from date of completion. However, any damage due to extraordinary conditions such as (winds more than 40 mph, heavy snow and ice, etc.) will be repaired at owners’ expense. Boat owners agree to provide North Shore Performance, LLC with the keys to their boat for haul out and/or for service purposes. All boats must be pumped out before winterization services are completed. Dead battery fee of $30 may be assessed for any dead battery at time of service. The boat owner understands and agrees that in the event any account balance exists for the boat listed on this contract, North Shore Performance, LLC will have a Maritime lien placed upon such boat or equipment until said account balance is paid in full. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on the vessel to secure any number of repairs thereto. NSP will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vessel or articles left in the vessel in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control. All balances are due on or before completion of work or 3.0 % per month rate will apply for any balances due. Any legal fees incurred to collect a debt will be charged to the customer. Any boats not picked up within 7 days of completion of work will be assessed a storage charge of $10.00 per day.
