DEAR GUESTS AND FRIENDS OF THE EDEN ROC

Throughout the year, the Hotel Eden Roc team looks forward to welcoming you. In

November and December, the rooms in the main building will remain open to you while

in January and February the rooms in the Eden Roc Marina are available. During the

winter season, we will be completely redesigning the 21 rooms on the third floors. Be

the first - to enjoy the elegant comfort of the rooms and suites refurbished by interior

designer Carlo Rampazzi at the beginning of spring. The reopening will be on

6 March 2015.

Since spring this year, Salvatore Frequente has held the culinary reins in the Restaurant

La Brezza and the Gault&Millau gourmet guide has already named him «Newcomer of

the Year in Ticino» in its 2015 edition as well as rewarding him with 17 points for his

culinary skills. We are all particularly proud of these two distinctions. During the winter

months, he will temporarily be back in the kitchen of the Restaurant Marina where he

will be preparing the popular Marina classics in a relaxed atmosphere.

If you book any of the specials presen-

ted in this Winter News, you can take

advantage of a late check-out until

17:00. Moreover, your children under

the age of 14 stay in your room free of

charge including breakfast.

Offer valid from 4 November 2014 until

23 December 2014. Late check-out excluded for

departures on Fridays and Saturdays.

YOUR PERSONAL SPORTS GUIDES

Explore the autumn landscapes of Ticino on foot or on two wheels, be it with the

former cyclist Nicole Brändli - three-time winner of the Giro d‘Italia femminile -

or with running trainer Fausto Bigolin. On Sundays, you are also invited to enjoy

a «morning-footing», a jogging round, with General Manager Daniel Schälli or a

mountain bike excursion with Executive Assistant Manager Silvan Zimmermann.

You may then recover together by a fitness breakfast in the Restaurant Eden Roc.

An excursion with Nicole Brändli is at CHF 80 per hour while a training session with Fausto Bigolin

costs CHF 250 for two hours. The Sunday sessions are free of charge for our hotel guests.

GOLF TIME-OUT

The mild temperatures in Ticino are

ideal for a round of golf at any time of

PASTA COOKING COURSE

Salvatore Frequente offers you an

insight into kitchen life. He will show

you how fresh pasta is made in Italy

while revealing the secrets of a well-

prepared sauce. Certainly you won‘t

leave the kitchen without having tried

the pasta and been given your very own

recipe.

AFTERNOON TEA

Every Saturday and Sunday in Novem-

ber and December, you will be taken

off to a world of tea, scones and

savouries at the Eden Bar. Our bar

team and the house pianist are looking

forward to offering you some special

moments.

TAVOLATA

Every Friday until the end of March

2015, anyone who is travelling alone

or enjoys getting to know others in

good company can join our General

Manager Daniel Schälli for dinner at

the «Tavolata» in the Restaurant

Marina.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

NEW YEAR`S EVE «CIRCUS ROC»

Join us as we bid farewell to the old year

and usher in the new year in style as the

curtain opens on the «Circus Roc». As

well as enjoying the entertainment provi-

ded throughout the evening by numerours

artists, you will also experience culinary

fireworks leaving absolutely nothing to be

desired.

Against the backdrop of lively dance

music, the circus troupe Samantha sets

the perfect tone.

We will then celebrate the first hours of

the New Year together in the Eden Bar.

CHF 260 per person including champagne aperitif,

gala menu, admission to the «Circus Roc» and

midnight snack. We kindly ask for festive evening

dress.
