How to enter

Submit your photographs in one of two ways:- post on the Friends of Calverley Grounds Facebook page, or- e-mail to FriendsOfCalverleyGrounds@yahoo.co.uk.

Please supply the fol lowing information:

- Your name (if being e-mailed)- Age (if under 1 6)

Winners wil l be contacted by Facebook or e-mail .

All photographs posted on the Friends of Calverley GroundsFacebook page or e-mailed toFriendsOfCalverleyGrounds@yahoo.co.uk wil l automatical ly beentered into the competition.

This competition is a celebration of Winter in CalverleyGrounds. I t is open to everyone, but photographs must betaken within Calverley Grounds, the public park in the centre ofTunbridge Wells.

Entries must be submitted by 31 st January 201 4. Late entrieswil l not be accepted.

Contributions featuring children under 1 8 can only be acceptedif you are the parent or guardian; by accepting these terms andconditions you warrant that you are the parent or guardian andthat you grant permission for the contribution to be treatedaccording to the uses set out above.

Friends of Calverley Grounds accepts no responsibi l ity forentries which are lost or corrupted during upload.

Photographs submitted may be reposted by Friends ofCalverley Grounds on Facebook and Twitter to publicise the

photographic competition and the Friends of Calverley Groundscommunity group.

The results and names of the winner wil l be published in theFriends of Calverley Grounds newsletter and on Friends ofCalverley Grounds' Facebook and Twitter accounts.

There is no cash alternative to the competition prize.

Any winner who has not responded to notification within 21days wil l forfeit their prize; a replacement winner wil l beselected from other entrants.

By submitting your contribution to Friends of Calverley Groundsyou agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

By submitting any contribution, you agree that the entries maybe featured in the Friends of Calverley Grounds newsletter, onFriends of Calverley Grounds' Facebook and Twitternewsfeeds, and that Friends of Calverley Grounds may useyour photograph to help raise funds for Friends of CalverleyGrounds, a non-profit community group. Friends of CalverleyGrounds wil l not l icense the use of images to third parties or foruses not relating to Friends of Calverley Grounds and the park.

Any contribution must be your own original work, it must notinfringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietaryrights.

I f your contribution features other people who are recognisable,you are responsible for ensuring that you have their permissionfor the contribution to be treated according to the uses set outabove. Contributions featuring children under 1 8 can only beaccepted if you are the parent or guardian; by accepting theseterms and conditions you warrant that you are the parent orguardian and that you grant permission for the contribution tobe treated according to the uses set out above.

Publication of your contribution wil l be at the Friends ofCalverley Grounds' sole discretion.
