7 TheOrganisingCommitteeandtheStewardsofHDAAreservetherightto: (i)refuseanyentrywithoutappeal (ii)removefromthegroundsanyhorseorcompetitorwithoutappeal8 Ifanyjudgeconsidersthatanexhibitdoesnotpossesssufficientmerittodeserveaprize,noprizeshallbe

13 DrugtestingmaybecarriedoutattheShow.AnycompetitorfoundtohavebreachedtheASCDisputesandDisciplinaryregulationswillbeinvestigatedbytheASCDisciplinaryCommittee14 Outsideassistancetocompetitorsbyword,radiooranyothermethodintheHorseringeventswillnotbepermitted. 1.10 IamresponsiblefortheconditionofanytoolsandequipmentandensuringthattheyareappropriatefortheEvent;and

2. If I suffer personal injury or deathwhile participating in an animal handling event, Iwill not hold theSuppliers, theiremployeesoragents legally responsible foranypersonal injuryordeath I suffer. Iwillnot sue theSuppliers, theiremployeesoragents forany claims, costs,damagesor liability. I agree toreleasetheSuppliersandtheiremployeesfromlegalresponsibilityfortheservicesIhavebeenprovidedand/oractivityIhaveparticipatedin.

3. I acknowledgeandagree thatmyparticipation in theevent andassociatedactivities is dangerousandmay have inherent risks as a result of which personal injury (and sometimes death) may occur.
