Awards go to the exhibitor with the most points in their divisions during the winter B Series

Rules and Regulations: Every Class herein, which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current IHJA Rule book will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith, The horse show management

reserves the right to itself, to refuse, limit, accept conditionally, or to cancel any entries, disqualify any riders or exhibitors thereby canceling awarded prizes, to change any course, to

cancel or combine any unfilled classes or to change rings or officials, to reschedule classes after due notice to exhibitors, to change specifications in jumper classes as competition warrants and

to intercept all questions and conditions in regard to, or arising out of, or incident to the show without claims for damages or recourse of any kind. All entry blanks must bear the signature

and membership number of the owner and trainer.

Stalls All horses and ponies must

have a stall. Stabling is limited to 150 horses in

10’x10’ permanent stalls with steel doors in

permanent buildings. Stalls will be available at 7:00am

on the preceding day of each show and fees are

$150.00 per stall. Tack stalls are $150.00 per stall and are

limited. Make your reservations by contacting

After reserving your stalls you will be charged for all

of your no shows.

Non -Negotiable Checks Checks returned by the bank

for any reason will be assessed a penalty of $50.00 or 10% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater. Upon

notification of a returned check, accounts will be given

three (3) days to make full payment, including penalty,

which must be paid in certified funds, cashiers check or

money order. Over night mail service is advised to avoid

notification of the sanctioning organizations for disciplinary

action. First time returned checks will be reprocessed

Feed and Bedding Feed and bedding orders will be taken through the secretary

and must be taken by 1 pm each day. There will not be

first bedding in the stalls and all shavings must be

purchased from the horse show. No outside shavings or

straw allowed.

Schooling will be permitted in the ring up to 1 hour prior to start time. No lunging in show ring

Ledges Sporting Horses and Showplace Productions LLC will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage to any person , animal, property, or equipment, and each exhibitor shall assume all liability for any loss, damage, or injury to any person, animal property, or equipment that may be caused by them or due to carelessness or negligence of any of their subordinates or supervisors. Every entry shall constitute and agreement that the person making it, owner, lessee, trainer, agent, manager, coach, rider and the horse shall be subject to the constitution and the rules and regulations of the Illinois Hunter Jumper Association, The Showplace Winter Series Shows, and Showplace Productions.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own errors & Omissions.

Leash Law! All dogs must be restrained at all times

while on the show grounds. Unrestrained dogs create a serious safety hazard to

exhibitors and their horses. Non -compliance with the leash law will not be

tolerated! Loose dogs will be picked up and detained until the owner has paid a fine of $100.00 .A second offense may cause the

owner to be barred from showing and expelled from the show grounds. If your dog

is responsible for disruption in the show ring you may be charged additional fees.

Management reserves the right to call

animal control if necessary.

Motorized Vehicles/Golf Carts! Unlicensed drivers are not permitted to operate any motorized vehicles- ATV’s, golf carts, etc., on the show grounds.

Protective Headgear: All exhibitors are required to wear properly fitting

protective headgear when jumping on the show grounds. Additionally, all juniors must wear

properly fitting headgear with harness secured while mounted anywhere on show grounds.

All owners and exhibitors shall be held responsible for any damage incurred to stalls, buildings, and other property and shall be billed accordingly.

Directions to Ledges Sporting Horses: Coming from the North on I90- take the Rockton Road Exit and turn left at the top of the ramp. Go to the first street, (approx 3 blocks) which will be Love Rd and turn right. The Ledges Facility is located on Love Road approximately 2 miles on the right hand side. Coming from the South on I90- you will also take the Rockton Road exit and turn right at the top of the ramp. Love Road will be approximately 60 feet away and you will turn right and follow the same directions as above.
