With winter weather already here, it is extremely important that we have your help with the following requests to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to your home:

Keep your driveway plowed and accessible. Remember, our trucks are 9 feet wide.

Make sure your residence is clearly marked.

Keep your oil fill pipe and propane tank fill location clear from snow and ice.

Please note that we may be in your neighborhood to mark underground fill locations with marker sticks over the next few weeks.

Please notify us if you put an addition on your home, if you have additional residents living with you, or if you have any lifestyle changes which would affect your fuel consumption.

This edition of Spotlight shines on Tom James, the Sales Manager of Norbert E. Mitchell Co., Inc. Tom has spent the last 18 years working in the home heating industry. He joined theMitchell team in 1986 as a deliverydriver and worked inour Lubricants Division.He spread his wings for severalyears as a sales manager inother areas of the industry andreturned home to Mitchell in2012. His current focus is oncontinuing to increase the qualityof the customer experience here at Mitchell. A New Fairfield resident since 1971,Tom enjoys spending his free time with his wife Jennifer and his 3 sons hiking, fishing and golfing. He is involved in several community based organizations and enjoys umpiring base-ball for the Western CT Umpires Association.
