C. Summary of Programming commands

•  Find out the installer code. For 128/250 FBP it is 5140 by default.

•  To set defaults, enter *97o  1 to load ADEMCO defaults; 2 to load ADT defaults; 0 to exit without changing

programming•  *96 is used to set engineering defaults.

o  If this is performed then you must do a *97 to set standard defaults.

•  To enter into program modeo  Enter installer code + [8] + [0]+ [0] +[0]o  Installer code can be modified *00 option once entered into program mode.o  Installer code must be provided in WIN-PAK from HA port page. It will be used to

perform Panel Reset from WIN-PAK.

•  To change to next page of program fields, press *94

o  Create output ADVs accordingly in WIN-PAK. Refer to section2.

•  Assign keypad to partition-1.

•  Create a Master user that should be able to Arm/Disarm partitions, Bypass/Unbypasszones, etc. Assign all the partitions enabled.

o  Tip: For adding user 002 with user code 1234, enter [5140][8][002][1234]o  Master user code must be provided in WIN-PAK from HA Port page. It will used to

perform Arm/Disarm/Bypass/Unbypass commands from WIN-PAK.

Section2: Vista Configuration in WIN-PAK

 A. Install WIN-PAK - The Vista option is enabled based on the CDKey code number.

B. Add Communication Server – Go to ‘Device Map’ from the top-level menu ‘Configuration’

C. Add Vista Panel Port (Home Automation)a. Enter name for the Vista Port Configuration and Add ADV.b. The Loop Verification Interval is coded not to go below 40 to ensure proper Vista

operation.c. Select communication COM port/TCP from next page. Please enter Master code and

installer code in the current page.

 D. Add a Vista panel

a. Select ‘Add New Vista Panel’ from the pop-up menu on Vista Panel Portb. Enter name and add ADVc. Add Vista Partition ADVs

i. Each partition ADV maps to a particular partition defined at the Vista panel.

d. Add Vista Zones ADVsi. Each zone ADV maps to a particular zone defined at the Vista panelii. Each zone can be assigned a Type from ‘Zone Type’ Combo box. ‘Zone Type’

shall be used to display zones of particular type using unique graphical icon inControl Map.

iii. Each zone must be assigned to a partition from Partition Name Combo box.e. Add Vista Output ADV's

i. Each Output ADV maps to a particular output defined at the Vista panelf. Finish

a. Add Vista device(s) to an appropriate branch. Filters are provided in ‘Add Devices’dialog box.

Currently Floor Plan representations for Vista devices are same as Galaxy devices. Tool Tipover the icon exhibits the correct type.

G. Vista Command File Support – Vista Command Files can be configured from top-level menuConfiguration->Command Files

H. Virtual Keypad can be launched from selected partition node in Control Map. A delay of up to6 seconds may be seen before the Virtual Keypad is updated. 2 seconds is typical. If noresponse is seen with in 6 seconds, you may need to re-enter the key pad strokes. Closing

and re-launching the Virtual Keypad will force a refresh of the display (less than 2 seconds).

 I. Operator Action Report displays the summary of action taken on Vista Devices.
