The cooling unit the cabinet came with is the wine enthusiast Grand Cru 800. The Grand Cru has a very poor design, I had to make modifications to the cool air output

to get it to work correctly from the beginning. Anyway the CellarPro unit is very well designed! Mounting the unit was pretty simple. The price of the CellarPro is high,

This may be a direct result of people not reading directions.When you move a refrigerator of any kind the unit is supposed to be kept upright. The reason for this is because there is very thick lubricant (oil) in the compressor

” Love it! … This is a great machine for home use.It is also quiet impressive to guests. “


” Worth the money, but has some shortcomings … The product does what it says it will do and we’ve certainly enjoyed owning it. I am glad I bought it.

Shortcomings:

1) I have found that some wine bottles just don’t fit in it. They appear to be standard wine bottles, but they’re just a smidge bigger than this unit can accept. Very

annoying.

2) The cooling function takes a really long time. I use a Cooper Cooler to get the bottle down to a temperature close to recommended then put it in this unit. “

bottle. Then we try to jam the cork back in and shove it in the fridge…usually noticing a big degradation in flavor when we get to it in a few days. This item keeps

your wine fresh for days and days. It also cools to correct temperature. It is a beautiful high-end looking appliance. It is a very nice gadget for a wine lover.

Expensive…yes. Worth it? If you however, are the type of person who always finishes your bottles at one sitting, then this might be a little costly for just a dispenser. It

is very nice though. A great gift for someone who loves wine…even if that person is you!”
