The new colour scheme is designed to bring the look of the Windy 32 and Windy 37 up to speed with the latest models in the range, including the 44 Chinook and 48 Triton, and the new Windy 39 sports cruiser which is set to be unveiled at the Oslo, Athens and Cannes boat shows in September 2010.

Two of Windy Boats’ most popular models – the Windy 32 Grand Tornado and the Windy 37 Grand Mistral – have been re-engineered for 2010 with a new specification, new colour scheme and unprecedented levels of standard equipment. The Special Editions will be on display at the Düsseldorf Boat Show from January 23.

Keenly priced to reflect the recovering state of the market, the new models from the renowned Norwegian boatyard represent exceptional value for money.

Both are equipped as standard with Volvo Penta’s latest, integrated CAN-bus EVC system which features a trip computer, engine data in the chart plotter display and electronic shift and throttle. They are also fitted with Volvo’s new-version joystick control, which brings IPS-manoeuvrability to outdrive-powered boats, delivering effortless low-speed control. Both models at the show will be fitted with Volvo D4 260hp diesel engines, although the standard installation for the Windy 32 is 2 x D3 220hp.
