Windows Telix Suite
Manage your iTelix notifications - iPhone
Notifications are a great way to get informed about incoming
messages even when you are not using the iTelix Application.
Since one size does not fit all and you may need to customize what
and how you receive, please find below some quick tips about
customizing these with iPhone:
From your iPhone, go to Settings | Notifications and scroll down
to find iTelix. You will observe the screen shown in the left.
Allow Notifications
To turn on/off all notifications for iTelix (we suggest on)
Show in Notification Centre
To turn on/off all notifications in the Notification centre
(reminder: the notification centre is shown by swipping from the
top to bottom of your iphone display)
Sounds
To turn on/off the alert sound when you receive a notification
Badge App Icon
To turn on/off the red counter on the iTelix App icon showing how many messages are unread (we
suggest to keep this on).
Show on Lock Screen
You should turn this to off in case you do not want notifications to appear while you telephone is in
lock screen.
