ARRIVAL AT THE HIGH SCHOOL:
• Report to High School at 7:00 AM• All student luggage will be
checked.• Students will meet in
auditorium.
DEPARTURE:• 8:30 AM• 15 minute stop
enroute.• Students may
purchase food at rest stop.
ARRIVAL AT KINGS DOMINION• 1:00 PM: Arrive at park
• Meal Vouchers will be provided.
• 8:30 PM: Board buses and depart for hotel.
10:00 PM: Arrive at hotel
Pizza can be ordered ahead of time from bus.
11:00 PM: Curfew/Room Checks

Board Bus for Busch Gardens
BUSCH GARDENS• Students will be in
park from 9:45 AM until 3:45 PM
• No food will be provided.
SPIRIT OF NORFOLK DINNER CRUISE
• Depart hotel at 5:15 PM• Board boat at 6:45 PM• Ship departs from pier
at 7:00 PM• 10:00 PM board buses.
11:00 PM: Arrive at hotel

• Payments are to be made with personal check or cash.• Payments 2, 3, & 4 are made by students.• Payments 2, 3, & 4 will be taken before homeroom in front
of the Junior Class Office.
• A total refund (minus the $50.00 refund) will be provided up to February 10, 2012.
• After February 10th, charge will incur.• This policy applies to any student who
cancels the trip due to academic, attendance or disciplinary ineligibility.
• All refunds must be requested in writing. • Email refund requests to

• The Neshaminy School District is not responsible for student/parent refunds if, for some unforeseen reason beyond the district’s control, student trips of any type are cancelled. District staff will work with trip organizers in an attempt to obtain refunds and/or to re-schedule trips.”

• There will be 4 students to a room. Rooms will not be co-ed.
• Room and bus sign-ups will occur after the 4th payment.
• Students will need no more than $50 - $100 in spending money.
Students may have:• No more than 15 days absent from school.• Maximum of 9 latenesses to school.• No obligations owed to Neshaminy High
School.• No Saturday make-up detentions owed to
Neshaminy High School.
Students may have:• No more than one F or N on their second
marking period report card.• Administration reserves the right to exclude
any student from the class trip on the basis of previous disciplinary problems as long as the student has been informed in a reasonable time limit.
• All Neshaminy High School rules and regulations apply during the duration of the trip.
• Students will be subject to the supervision of the chaperones.
• Neshaminy is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
• All students must have the following paperwork on file for the trip:• PARENT PERMISSION FORM• EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION• MEDICAL INFORMATION
• **On the top of the parent permission form, please include your child’s shirt size.**
