Prior to this I spent 3 months overseeing a relocation store through a liquidation process. I have worked in over 20 stores helping to solve sales, performance and merchandising issues. My experience and skills begin to show immediately at each location, by driving numbers & morale in the right direction. I have taken the existing teams and completely turned the stores performance around to drive positive results.
