History of the Bible: In 1996 the bible was in the possession of Delma Carl Lee, of Tallahassee,

FL, who is the son of William Albert Lee. The title page was provided, but the publication date

was not listed. Delma C. Lee took possession of the bible when his mother, Mary Broome Lee,

died in 1947.

This Certifies that William Albert Lee of Grady County and Mary Vinettie Broom of Grady

County were by me united in Matrimony according to the ordinance of GOD and the laws of the

State of Georgia at the Broom home on the Seventh day of September in the year of our Lord 1898.
