There's no direct communication with the clients of our Agency clients unless specified by Agency clients.

• End user clientsUnlike Agency clients, we deal directly with our End user clients and upload it in our portfolio. We provide various business models tailored for our clients' requirements which are basically:

• Fixed Price: We provide our clients with all project details, where requirements are specified and scope of work is pre-fixed. Thus price of the project is pre-determined.• Hourly basis project: Hourly basis project is recommended when it requires maintenance work, or where the client is not sure of the requirements and wants to see couple of solutions. The team maintains a timesheet which is shared with client to keep them informed of hours consumed with each task. Once the purchased sets of hours are fully utilized, another set of hours can be purchased depending upon the requirements.• Dedicated Resource Hire: The clients who want to monitor the resource and have stricter timeline avails Dedicated Resource. The hired resource provides updates to client and work according to client's guidelines. The payment of dedicated hire is on monthly basis.
