WTIisgearedtoactquicklywithminimumbureaucracy,ensuringthatassistancereachesthefield,whereitisneededthemost,assoonaspossible.Thiscouldbeintheformoffinance,equipment,infrastructureandexpertpersonnel,oritcouldbeintheformofsupportfortraining.Rehabilitationandre-introductionofwildspeciesbackintotheirhabitat,acquiringlandforwildlife,creatinginnovativecommunicationpackages,providingreliefincasesofconflictetc.,arealsopartoftheapproachtopromotingconservation.WTIfunctionsthroughpartnershipsandcoalitions.Regionalpartnersprovidegeo

HabitatSecuring(HS)LandUsePlanning(LUP)[edit]WildSpeciesTheWildSpeciesprogrammeisconceptualizedasaspeciesandbehavioralecologyskillunitofWTI.Themainobjectiveofthisprogramistoinitiatelongtermprojectsthatmitigatehuman-wildlifeconflictandhelprecoveryofpopulationsofspeciesinIndiadefinedasthreatenedbyIUCN.Italsoconductsessentialconservationsurveysthatgenerateinformationonthespeciesandtheirhabitats.Tofulfilltheseaimsandobjectivesthewildspeciesprogrammehasincorporatedthefollowingthematicdivisions:SpeciesRecovery(SR)ConflictMitigation(CM)
