COMMUNITy GARAGE SALESaturday, April 10th

Neighbors, are you ready to clear out the garage after a busy summer? Do you have closets in need of cleaning out? Maybe you’ve done some redecorating? Well, get ready to price tag it for our next community wide garage sale, scheduled for Saturday, April 10th. We will provide the newspaper advertising & signs outside of the neighborhood. You will simply need to provide some directional signs to your home. PLEASE be sure to remove all signs at the end of the day. Thank you... and good luck!

GARAGE SALE TIPS:Throughout the day, run extra money into the house and keep it hidden.Don’t broadcast how much money you’ve generated throughout the sale.Cash sales onlyHave lots of change on hand at the start of the day i.e. Roll of quarters, 20 $1 dollar bills, 5 $5 dollar bills and 4 $10 dollar bills

••

SUGGESTED SUPPLIES: Clean plastic grocery bags, stack of newspapers, smaller boxes (to offer buyers with large or heavy loads), clean tablecloths, sheets (to lay across the tables and on the ground to lay items on), measuring tape (to enable customers to measure furniture or shelving, etc.), calculator (just in case you need to tally purchases), fanny pack to hold the money (do not use a cash box as they are too easy to grab and too awkward to hold all day)

Thoroughly review each item before putting it out for sale. Look for forgotten money in pockets, old receipts, etc. Wash clothes, blankets, towels, bedding.Save yourself a headache — mark everything with a price!

Update Our community is fortunate to have a summer swim team that

works with our children to strengthen their swimming skills and give them an opportunity to have some fun. The HOA Board of Directors realizes the value of this endeavor and has given us the use of the pool for short periods of time during the swim season. We are committed to making them better swimmers and giving them something fun to do with their peers over the summer break. Swim Team practice is tentatively scheduled to begin May 3rd. Please join us for a fun-filled season and watch your children excel and have a great time! Wildhorse Pools and Swim Team

The Wildhorse Board of Directors would like to inform residents that the pool is open with a new schedule for 2010. The Board of Directors have decided to utilize pool attendants instead of lifeguards again this year to assist in enforcing the pool rules, to monitor those who use the pools, and to reduce vandalism. If you chose to use Wildhorse Pools, please know that you will SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK at all times.

When you first enter the pool area, please be prepared to show the pool attendant your Wildhorse Pool Card with your NEW WH2010 sticker on it. If you did not register at the annual meeting, please bring your Pool Release and indemnification Document and a proof of residence (i.e. State ID) with you to one of the pool areas. Forms will be available at both pools and at www.wildhorsecommunity.com. The attendant will verify your name, address, and pool card number. Only members in good standing with the HOA will receive WH2010 stickers; all others will be asked to contact Spectrum. If you are unsure of your status then please call Spectrum at 494-0659. Pool stickers will not be issued without presenting a pool card, please have your card with you to register.

New Pool Management Company for 2010

Wondering what is new at the Wildhorse pools this year? Prepare to see some new faces as the board has decided to contract with a new vendor for the 2010 Swim season. Aquatica Pool Management was awarded the contract to maintain the pools and staff attendants to check in residents. We are excited to have the new company on board and the transition should be seamless for all residents. We hope that this will be the best swim season ever, please let the board know what you think of the new company.
