What is the “Spin”?

• 5 offensive lineman in standard splits

• 2 Wing backs in 1 by 1 alignment to the EMOLS (tackle or TE)

• QB in Shotgun

• FB in 1 by 1 alignment in front of QB

• Receivers and TE’s can line up in many different formations

Short Yardage Situations

• Jumbo Rt or Lt

• 1 TE, 1 WR, unbalanced Stack I formation

• Run plays – Dive, Base, Blast, Counter, Sweep

• Play Action – Counter Pass or Sweep Dump

• Passes – Single Receiver Routes
