Our six provide curriculum support for every level of need. CHIME 6 SESSIONS £399Specialist Early Years CPD

Programme

Creating Happy and Imaginative MusicalEnvironments. Underpinned by the EYFS

framework, CHIME provides a broadrange of musical experiences for Nursery

and Reception children that combinesinging, listening and playing skills

through interactive and semi-structuredplay. Based on 6 x 1 hour visits (45

minutes delivery to children followed bystaff support for continuous provision).

One full year (33 weeks) whole classinstrumental package for one class group for

one hour per week. Two instrumentalteachers will be deployed to work alongside

your class teacher and TA’s to deliver thisopportunity to the children. Projects availableon a range of instruments. Top up provisionis available for additional classes and for the

services of our curriculum specialists toenable this to be a PPA opportunity in your

school timetable.

*Wider Opportunities £2399Instrumental Learning for a whole class.

Let’s Sing ONE CLASS/CHOIR £399Whole class singing and performance

opportunity with CPD.

Whole class/school choir singing projectand CPD opportunity which culminates in a

massed performance at Robin Park. Asingle project covers three tutor visits and aconcert for groups not exceeding 49 pupils.A double project provides a total of 6 visitsand a concert, offering the experience to

over 49 pupils.

Let’s Sing GOLD offers double the number oftutor visits within the project, meaning that a

WMS colleague will deliver ALL thenecessary teaching of the music – perfectfor schools that lack a confident singing

leader of their own). £P.O.A.

Bespoke InstrumentalDemonstration

Presented by visiting instrumentaltutors in order to encourage

instrumental uptake in your school.Assembly-style or presented to

individual classes by arrangement.

Annual Gala Concert and Infant Songshare

CONCERT ATTENDANCE FEESUPPORTING WORKSHOP

PER CLASS

These are spectacular annual summer events taking place atRobin Park Sports Arena. KS 2 children will enjoy lively,interactive performances from Wigan Youth Symphony

Orchestra and Wigan Schools Orchestra in a professionalconcert environment. KS 1 children are invited to take to thestage to share a song on a given theme to an audience of

peers. ALLEGRO, VIVACE and PRESTO packages include priorityinvitations, a supporting workshop to help you prepare for your

visit to the concert and link work to aspects of the NationalCurriculum for music. *(For schools purchasing the MODERATO

and ANDANTE packages, invitations will be subject toavailability of places.)

Arts Award is a National Qualification in the Arts forchildren and Young People. Provided by Trinity CollegeLondon, this training enables one member of staff tobecome a fully trained advisor and assessor of Arts

Award ‘Explore’ and ‘Discover ‘levels. Full details of howto get this up and running in your school available in

your Inspirational Conversation from WMS.

Network MeetingsTraining and support for classroom

Facilitated by experienced, qualified musicspecialists. Support and training for staff

involved in the delivery of music in theNational Curriculum.

1 x 3 hour meeting per term. Agendas areposted to the head teacher and musiccoordinator in advance of meetings.
