※Notes of App Installation:

1. IOS App: First time to open App after installation, your iPhone may pop up a prompt:

“WIFIdoorbell” Would Like to Send You Notifications. Please click “Allow”. If you

choose “Don’t Allow”, your iPhone would not receive the push message from doorbell.

Please configure it in Settings if you click “Don’t Allow” by accident.

2. Android App: Please keep the “Auto Run” and “Keep Running in Background” on,

and put the App in “White List” in Settings of your Android phone to reduce the times

of App log out(See FAQ 3.13)

2. App operation instructions

2.1. iOS App

2.1.1. Power ON the doorbell(The LED light turn to blue), about 30 seconds

later, the doorbell starts successfully, then automatically enters network

configuration mode, indicator light keeps flashing green light, you will hear the

voice “Wait for Configure”.

2.1.2. Register an account

1). Connect your cellphone to 2.4GHz WIFI, Install and open App, your iPhone

may pop up a prompt: “WIFIdoorbell” Would Like to Send You Notifications.

Please click “Allow”. If you choose “Don’t Allow”, your iPhone would not

receive the push message from doorbell. Please configure it in Settings if you

click “Don’t Allow” by accident. Click “Sign Up” to start to register(#1)

2). Fill in all information to register(#2). Please choose “By Email”, register “By

Phone” is not available for now. If your email doesn’t receive verification code,

please check the spam box.

2.1.3. Log in with your username: Registered email can’t log in, please use username.

2.1.4. WIFI Setup: WI-FI Match --- Add device to cellphone(In the first, make sure the

WIFI signal is strong enough and WIFI speed is quick enough at the installation position,

and do not change your cellphone’s WIFI during WIFI Setup. After all settings are over,

even your cellphone uses other WIFI or 4G / 5G, it’s still connected with doorbell)

How to know whether WIFI signal is strong enough or not, WIFI speed is quick

enough or not, please see FAQ 3.4

1). Click top right corner button, then click “Add device”(#3)

2). The doorbell automatically identifies the WIFI that your cellphone is using, you just

need to input your WIFI password, and click “Wi-Fi Match” button(#4) to start automatic

matching(about 10 to 90 seconds), you will hear the voice prompts during this period（If

App let you waiting all the time, please see FAQ 3.8 and 3.9）

3). After the WIFI match is finished, click the device serial number to add device(#5).

4). Click top left corner “<” button to back to device list(#6), click the device name, and

then click “Monitor” (#9) to open real-time monitoring(#10), you will see the live view video,

that means Wi-Fi setup is succedd. Congratulations! Your doorbell now is ready to use!

Friendly Remind:

a: After adding device successfully, please wait 1~2 minutes for the first use. Because the

doorbell need about 90 seconds to register at Apple Server for push service, if you press

“CALL” button during this period, your iPhone would not receive the push message from

doorbell. Don’t worry, this situation only happens once in the first use on each iPhone. 2

minutes later, your iPhone is able to receive push message from doorbell in real time.

b: If your WIFI is changed(previous WIFI account is changed to new WIFI account, or

WIFI password is changed),please restore factory setting and then restart Wi-Fi Setup.

Model CSW01 please long press the reset button(CSW02 please long press “CALL”

button or insert a needle into reset hole and then press down more than 5 seconds), loose

hand when you hear the voice prompt “Restore factory setting, please don’t power off”. A

moment later, you will hear “Wait for Configure”, then redo above steps 1) ~ 4)

2.1.5. App User Interface

1). You can log in with the same username account in different smartphones.

2). Add device by Lan: If WIFI Setup is done, and other family members want

to connect the doorbell to their own account, please open App to log in and use

“Add Device By LAN” function (#7), then click the device name to finish WIFI

setup(#8), and then click “<” to the device list(#6).

3). Add device by QR: A QR Code sticker on the doorbell, scan it to add

device.

Friendly remind: QR Code stickers are not provided unless there is a bulk

order(no less than 200 pieces).

4). In the device list(#9), click the doorbell name, you can monitor(real-time

#10), rename(#11), and remove the device in the popup menu. The monitoring

video is real-time, you can speak to the person at your door to open two-way

talk.

5). “Monitor” interface introduction(picture #12)

a. Pause/Play button: click it to pause or play

b. SD/HD button: switch the video quality between SD(standard definition) and HD(high

definition). If your wifi speed is quick enough, you can choose HD for clearer video quality.

c. Unlock the electric lock(the lock is not included, customers need to purchase it

separately. Unlock original password is empty by default, modify password please see

below 6) b option)

d. Take photo: click it, the camera takes a photo. Browse photos please see #3

e. Speak button: hold to talk, loose to stop.

f. browse video which the doorbell automatically records

Friendly remind: video recording need a memory card (TF Card/Micro SD Card, support

max 32GB) which customers need to purchase it separately. Installing memory card need

to open up the rear cover of the device, so it’s highly recommend to do by us.

6). More Setting: Click “More” button, the bottom of screen appears popup menu(#13)

a. Reset: Click to reset the doorbell. 1 minute later, power off the doorbell and then power

on again. Open App and restart WIFI setup when you hear “Wait for Configure”, see 2.14

b. Modify password: The password applies to unlock, monitor and restore factory setting,

original password is empty by default

c. Alarm Configure(Click “save” to make the setting effective if you change any option):

Motion Detection on or off depends on your demand, other options please stay the

same, Do not change.

○1 .Motion Detection(Off by default): When switch on, the device will trigger an alarm and

send a message to your cellphone if detects motion objects

○2 .Alarm Recording: When switch on, it starts recording when a memory card is inserted

into doorbell

○3 . Alarm Snapshot(Developing, not available for now): When switch on, it will snapshot a

photo if detects motion objects

○4 . Alarm Push: When switch on, it will push a message to your phone when “CALL”

button is pressed, or motion objects are detected(Motion Detection ON). You can click the

message to see real-time monitoring, speak to the person at your door to open two-way

talk.

2.2. Android App

2.1.1. Power on the doorbell(The LED light turns to blue), about 30 seconds

2.1.2. Register an account

1). Connect your cellphone to 2.4GHz WIFI, Install and open App. Click

“Register” to start.

matching(about 20 to 90 seconds), you will hear the voice prompts during this period.

3). After matching is done, a line of words “Device[***]WiFi Success” and original device

name “***” appear on the screen at the same time(#5), it means matching is successful.

4). Add device by LAN: Click “Add device by LAN” (#5), then click the device serial

number(#6), the screen will appear “add success” and original device name(#7), and then

click “back” button twice back to the device list(#8).

5). In the device list(#8), click the device name to unfold(#9), then click “Monitor” option to

open real time monitoring, you see the live view video, that means WIFI Setup is done.

Congratulations! Your doorbell now is ready to use !

Other Function:

a. Add device by QR: A QR Code sticker on the doorbell, scan it to add device.

Friendly remind: QR Code stickers are not provided unless there is a bulk order(no less

b. If other family members want to connect the doorbell to their phones, they can use the

same username account to log in. If use different accounts, please use “Add device by

LAN” function(#5 ~ #8) to add device to cellphones.

2.1.5. App User Interface

1). Device List: Click the device name to unfold(#9)

a. Rename: modify the device name to an easily recognizable name(#10)

b. Monitor: Click the button to see real-time monitoring, and speak to the

person at your door to open two-way talk(#10).

a. Play button: click to play

b. Pause button: click to pause

3). Setting: Click top right gear button, the bottom of screen appears popup menu(#13)

a. Restore factory settings: Click it, the device will reset automatically. Wait for a moment,

3. FAQ’s:

3.1. Question: Is this doorbell built-in battery?

Answer: No.

3.2. Question: What’s the power source of the doorbell?

Answer: Input AC100~240V, Output DC5V/1A

3.3. Question: What’s the operating weather condition?

Answer: The operating temperature is -10 to 50℃(can under -30℃), the

doorbell can be even used in heavy rain or heavy snow without extra

protection. But for the best imaging effects and to prevent the damage from

extraordinary rainstorm, we recommend you to install it under the rain shade

and sunshade eave.

3.4. Question: How far the doorbell can work away from router?

Answer: Actually The distance is based on the coverage, strength and quality

of your WIFI signal. There is an easy way to find out: Anywhere that your

cellphone is able to play HD online video smoothly by using your WIFI, then

this position is suitable place to setup. If not smooth, please move to another

position, or enlarge WI-FI coverage area, enhance the strength and quality of

your WIFI signal by using WiFi Range Extender or other equipment.

3.5. Question: Why my email didn’t receive the verification code?

Answer: Sometimes email may be received several minutes later. Please wait

for a moment and check inbox, if not in inbox, please also check the spam box.

3.6. Question: Why my email can’t log in?

Answer: The login name is your username, registered email can’t log in.

3.7. Question: How long will the WIFI match take?

Answer: About 20 to 90 seconds, based on the running speed of your router

and your cellphone

3.8. Question: What should I do if App let me waiting all the time during WIFI

match?

Answer: Please close the App completely, log in again and restart WIFI match.

If you are using android phone, you can also click back button of your

cellphone, and then restart WIFI match.

3.9. Question: What should I do if WIFI match still fail after several attempts?

Answer: Please restore factory setting. Power on the doorbell, model CSW01

please long press reset button(CSW02 please long press “CALL” button or

insert a needle into reset hole and then press down more than 5 seconds),

loose hand when you hear the voice prompt “Restore factory setting, please

don’t power off”. Wait for a moment, open App and restart WIFI match when

you hear “Wait for Configure”.

3.10. Question: How many smartphones can the doorbell support connected

at the same time?

Answer: At least 100, depends on your router. When visitor press call button,

all smartphones will receive real-time push message, but only one

smartphone(the first one to answer call) is able to communicate with visitor at

the same time.

3.11. Question: How the other family members connect their cellphones to

doorbell after I finish the WIFI match successfully?

Answer: They can use the same account in different smartphones. If using

different account, please use “Add device by LAN” function, it’s very easy and

convenient

3.12. Question: How many doorbells can a smartphone support at the same

time?

Answer: Unlimited

3.13 Question: Why the App log out automatically sometimes in my android

phone?

Answer: Because of the characteristic of Android System, all the Apps will be

shut down if unused for a period of time. Please keep the “Auto Run” and

“Keep Running in Background” on, and put the App in “White List” in Settings

of your Android phone to reduce the times of App log out. Not all of Android

phones have above three setting options, some phones may only have one or

two options, or other similar function in different names. Anyway, enable all

these options if they are available in Settings of your cellphone.
