Large thermal-break lift and slide system in aluminium

The WICSLIDe 140 lift slide system is suitable for your maximum size projects and those demanding exceptional thermal and acoustic performance. Simple lines, ergonomics, disabled access threshold, quality, security, excellent manœuvrability and simplified manufacturing processes characterise this lift and slide system.

Thanks to our commitment to improving aesthetics we are now able to offer a harmonious and coherent sliding system. The pure, simple and straight lines, which characterise the "simplified design" approach, complement its large dimensions. The catches, which are now seamlessly integrated into the outer frame, ensure clean lines when the frames are open.

The Wicslide 140 range offers the following configurations: • Two track sliding system with two moveable leaves• One track sliding system with fixed side leaves• Two tracks and four leaves• Disabled access threshold• Adaptor profiles with the entire 65 mm range: windows and

doors.

• 2 or 5 point lock on the opening frame depending on the height of the opening frame

• Set of “sliding” or “brush” seals on the central interlock• Weathertightness between leaves ensured by a PVC interlock

The opening force required is 53 DN (class 1), much less than regulatory requirements (70 DN). This classification should be combined with the class 3 air tightness classification!

A coupling system (profiles/seals) enables the vertical connection (mullion) between the outer frames of the WICLINe 65 series, WICSTyLe 65 and the outer frames of the WICSLIDe 140 series.

Opening frame fittings lift and slide system

top seal: The bellows system (WICONA patented) ensures constant weather tightness in any position.

Bottom seal: A system of post-fabricated caps ensures a perfect seal with the stainless steel track, irrespective of the configuration (fixed or sliding), and e*9A (750 Pa) water tightness.

The WICPRO range offers a choice of 6 punching machines: multiple, simple and hand-operated punchers and drilling templates for products that are made to measure, made with cassettes, etc.

Mushroom pin catch: A full-length face plate integrated into the opening frame featuring up to a 5-point locking system and additional fittings providing RC2 security.

Flush catches: Fully integrated into the outer frame and featuring smooth edges so that clothes cannot become caught.
