Our Products
We develop, manufacture and supply multispindle lathes for the production of medium to high volumes of components with dimensions ranging from 5mm to 82mm. Wickman lathes are capable of both large outputs and extremely high levels of precision. Lathes use either mechanical control or easy-to-use CNC controls. Our commitment to continuous improvement is shown in lathes with reduced set-up times, great flexibility and outstanding machining accuracy. All Wickman lathes are engineered for long life and reliable performance.
In addition to new lathes, we also refurbish high-quality Wickman lathes which we source from around the world. We use only genuine Wickman spares and restore our machines to their original condition and production tolerances.

CNC multispindles from Wickman are designed to tick all the boxes. Where you need superb machining accuracy, the strength to machine tough materials and produce complex shapes, you need something special. CNC lathes are ideal where high outputs are required, with shortened cycle times, increased efficiency and rapid set-up. They are built to be exceptionally reliable and inexpensive to maintain. All models are designed to deliver precision components, time after time, without continuous re-adjustment.

Wickman CNC Range
A re-circulation system ensures constant lubrication of the spindle bearings and the main drive. This is combined with a one-shot lubrication system for slideways, cam tracks and pivot points.
Lubrication
Our CNC range comes complete with fully enclosed guarding system to work area and acoustic covers to the stock carriage, all work area doors fully interlocked. With the use of AC Drives and Acoustic Covers noise levels have been greatly reduced. Guarding System is CE approved and OSHA ready.
