ArboristTree work is unfortunately an unregulated indus-try in Australia, anyone can buy a chain saw and advertise as a tree lopper, but do you really want untrained people on your property carrying out high risk work? Our Arborists are trained to car-ry out tree pruning and removal work and have the knowledge and experience to do this safely causing, minimum disturbance to your proper-ty. Any self respecting Arborist will not call themselves a tree lopper! To help self regulate ourselves we have gained QAA (Queensland Arboricul-ture Association) Qualified Contractor & Qualified Member status. This allows our customers peace of mind, in the knowledge that we meet the criteria set out by our state wide association.

I need my trees Lopped No you don’t! Tree lopping is seen as a quick fix and is often severely detrimental to your trees future health & safety. We can help identify the potential risks of your trees and prescribe the appropriate work; whether it be corrective prun-ing to AS:4373 or removal. Tree lopping is the removal of branches to a stub without sufficient foliage to sustain the trees/ branches health. This practice can shock the tree and result in the tree/branches dying back or producing poorly attached epicormic growth to compensate for the foliage removed. Lopped trees require more maintenance than correctly pruned trees. As the saying goes...
