Case Study: Fire Damaged Factory

Following a factory fire, Steamatic was called in to assist with the loss mitigation and restoration. We worked in conjunction with the builder and whilst our team cleaned the soot off beams, machinery and contents, the builder replaced the roof and repaired other structural damage. The result was a quicker than anticipated return to production.

Prior to rebuilding, it may be prudent to consult with us on the following:

• Soot and moisture can gather in the most unlikely places. With our high tech equipment, we can locate and rectify problem areas before (or at times, during) rebuilding.

• Floor, ceiling and wall cavities make excellent hosts for mould and other hygiene and odour related problems that will surface in the future
