bearing No. 739 Rakba 0.03 Hectare situated in revenue estate of Village-
Bhamoriya, Tehsil Sanganer, Jaipur and bearing Khasra No. 679, 740,
741, 742, 743, 744, 745, 746, 747, 748, 749, 750, 751, 752, 753/1321,
754/1322 Total Khasra-16 Total Rakba 4.12 Hectare situated in revenue
estate of Village- Village- Bhamoriya, Tehsil Sanganer, Jaipur
2. The Land is part of Jaipur Greens project being developed by Emaar MGF
Land Ltd.
3. That recommendation for issuing Pattas to purchaser(s) of the developed
plots / project under change of land use and in that case the owner will
recommend Jaipur Development Authority to issue Patta in favour of
proposed owners/ buyers in the project.
4. That there is no impediment for creating the mortgage of the land referred
above.
5. That the title deed in favour of M/s V.P.G. Developers Private Limited
(subsidiary company of Emaar MGF Land Ltd) is clear and marketable and
fit for accepting the same as security by way of mortgage.
