Critical Input: Faster Input was enabled byre-locating common input fields to themain screen, again reducing the number ofrequired clicks.

Automated Tasks: Developed a smallapplication within screen to automate thecritical task.

Summary Info: Keeping pace with thecustomer during the call. Achievedsimplification by providing a summarizedview of pricing results. This is much simplerthan the complex pricing conditions screenavailable as the standard SAP view.
