From spectacular four layered rainbow cakes to delightful fresh cream cakes with jam, cream, coated with roasted nibbed nuts, topped with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries we create bespoke cakes for all. We specialise in crafting cakes that cater for every event or occasion. We use light, fluffy sponges, soft buttercream, icing or fresh cream. The italian word ‘maccarone’ means crush or beat. This refers to the finely ground almonds that give our macarons their

The origins of the macaron can be traced back to venetian monasteries in the 8th
