A program that focuses on nutrition, exercise, and both coping and problem-solving skills. Average program outcomes include a 5-7% reduction in weight from baseline and increased exercise.
Nutrition
This program focuses on foundational behaviors to encourage better eating habits, tailored to participants based on health conditions, preferred eating pattern, preferred cuisines, and dietary restrictions.
Exercise
Participants can choose between cardio and strength training programs, starting at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced level.
