1 Who Is A Perfect Living Sant Satguru? Mumbai, India – July 8, 2013 Welcome, friends, to this afternoon session of our one-day program here. I was talking to you in the morning about a very basic requirement in effective good meditation and that is to change the location of where you pray, where you meditate, where you have your spiritual activity from outside to inside. People make a small place in their house: “This is my temple.” “This is where I do my prayers.” Those prayers are confined to the idea of the attention going to the temple. People buy a special chair: “This is my meditation chair.” And when they meditate on that chair, the attention is, “What a nice meditation chair I have.” It never goes in; it goes in the chair. Even for a long period you can sit. People buy a little rug, a mat: “This is a prayer mat, and I am using the prayer mat to sit on it; therefore, I get very good feeling.” That is the feeling of a good mat. It is not the feeling of your own self. Therefore, if you want your meditation to be successful for getting more information of who you are, why you are here, how was your pralabdh, your destiny, made like this? Where is your true home? Where will you be fully satisfied? If you want to get answers to these questions, you have to sit not on a chair, not on a mat, not in a private room, but right here in the top of the head. For doing that, you have to imagine this is your house. The body is your house, and this body has many floors. It has six floors obviously by the energy centers—the chakras make it six floors. When you are awake, you are already at the sixth center, sixth floor, so if you can consider this body to be your house, imagine it to be a body and a house, same thing, and you are living in this house. You are living in the sixth floor. You don’t care what tenants or who is living downstairs. Your house is the sixth floor. You are up on the sixth floor. It is a nice floor made of hard iron, steel, bricks, whatever you like, but hard floor, not just an empty space. It is a floor at the eye level, and you live on it. You have a chair, a prayer chair, on it. You have a mat on it, and that is where, every time you want to do meditation, you go into that room in your head. If you can start like that, meditation will be successful. Otherwise you will make it a ritual: “Every day I do it; one day I will get results. Next life I will be in heaven.” What about getting to heaven now? How can you be sure you will go to heaven next life if you can’t go today? You have all the ability to go today. One man went to my guruji and he said, “Master, please in my next life make me a man.” Master said, “Are you a donkey now? Whatever you will do next life as a man, you already are a man. Do it now! You don’t have to wait. Don’t postpone.” It’s the mind’s tendency to postpone things, to procrastinate. It is a hurdle to meditation. You should beat the mind on that. The mind says, “Oh, I’m too tired today.” That is the time to meditate. The mind says, “I have to get up early morning for work, so I could do it tomorrow.” Beat it; do it now. You have to counter

Welcome,friends,tothisafternoonsessionofourone-dayprogramhere.Iwastalkingtoyouinthemorningaboutaverybasicrequirementineffectivegoodmeditationandthatistochangethelocationofwhereyoupray,whereyoumeditate,whereyouhaveyourspiritualactivityfromoutsidetoinside.Peoplemakeasmallplaceintheirhouse:“Thisismytemple.”“ThisiswhereIdomyprayers.”Thoseprayersareconfinedtotheideaoftheattentiongoingtothetemple.Peoplebuyaspecialchair:“Thisismymeditationchair.”Andwhentheymeditateonthatchair,theattentionis,“WhatanicemeditationchairIhave.”Itnevergoesin;itgoesinthechair.Evenforalongperiodyoucansit.Peoplebuyalittlerug,amat:“Thisisaprayermat,andIamusingtheprayermattositonit;therefore,Igetverygoodfeeling.”Thatisthefeelingofagoodmat.Itisnotthefeelingofyourownself.

Therefore,ifyouwantyourmeditationtobesuccessfulforgettingmoreinformationofwhoyouare,whyyouarehere,howwasyourpralabdh,yourdestiny,madelikethis?Whereisyourtruehome?Wherewillyoubefullysatisfied?Ifyouwanttogetanswerstothesequestions,youhavetositnotonachair,notonamat,notinaprivateroom,butrighthereinthetopofthehead.Fordoingthat,youhavetoimaginethisisyourhouse.Thebodyisyourhouse,andthisbodyhasmanyfloors.Ithassixfloorsobviouslybytheenergycenters—thechakrasmakeitsixfloors.Whenyouareawake,youarealreadyatthesixthcenter,sixthfloor,soifyoucanconsiderthisbodytobeyourhouse,imagineittobeabodyandahouse,samething,andyouarelivinginthishouse.Youarelivinginthesixthfloor.Youdon’tcarewhattenantsorwhoislivingdownstairs.Yourhouseisthesixthfloor.Youareuponthesixthfloor.Itisanicefloormadeofhardiron,steel,bricks,whateveryoulike,buthardfloor,notjustanemptyspace.Itisafloorattheeyelevel,andyouliveonit.Youhaveachair,aprayerchair,onit.Youhaveamatonit,andthatiswhere,everytimeyouwanttodomeditation,yougointothatroominyourhead.Ifyoucanstartlikethat,meditationwillbesuccessful.Otherwiseyouwillmakeitaritual:“EverydayIdoit;onedayIwillgetresults.NextlifeIwillbeinheaven.”Whataboutgettingtoheavennow?Howcanyoubesureyouwillgotoheavennextlifeifyoucan’tgotoday?Youhavealltheabilitytogotoday.

Onemanwenttomygurujiandhesaid,“Master,pleaseinmynextlifemakemeaman.”Mastersaid,“Areyouadonkeynow?Whateveryouwilldonextlifeasaman,youalreadyareaman.Doitnow!Youdon’thavetowait.Don’tpostpone.”It’sthemind’stendencytopostponethings,toprocrastinate.Itisahurdletomeditation.Youshouldbeatthemindonthat.Themindsays,“Oh,I’mtootiredtoday.”Thatisthetimetomeditate.Themindsays,“Ihavetogetupearlymorningforwork,soIcoulddoittomorrow.”Beatit;doitnow.Youhavetocounter

themindtogetoverthishabitofthemindtopostponethings.Itisadeliberateeffort.Bydoingthis,bymindsayingonethingandyoudoingtheopposite,youwillgetcontroloveryourmind.Thenthemindwon’tbotheryou.Themindadoptshabitsbasedonwhatyouallowittodo.Ifyoudon’tallowthemindtogointolaziness,procrastination,makingexcuseswhynottodosomethingandbeatingittoitwhenitsaysno—yousayyes.“Doittomorrow.”“No,today.”Ifyoudothat,themindcomesunderyourcontrol.Thenmeditationbecomeseasierbecausethenthemindcan’trunasmuchasitrunsotherwise.Sothebasicthingthatyouhavetositbehindtheeyesbeforestartinganymeditation.Itisnotthat,okay,IwillmeditateandonedayIwillgothere.No,youstartfromthere.Whydoyouwanttostartfromanywhereelsewheninthewakefulstateasahumanbeingyouarealreadythere?Whenyouareawake,youarethere.Youdon’thavetogooutanywheretocomeback.Youdon’thavetogodowntocomeup.Peoplegototheheartandfeelingsandsoontocomethere.Why?Youarealreadythere,awake,intelligent,capableofknowingwhereyouare,sostartfromthere.

Ifyouareabletoholdyourattentionbehindtheeyesevenforasmallreasonabletime,youwillbeabletoopenyourtenthdoorinsideandseeanotherworldthere.Ifadisturbancecomes,thenyoucontrolthemind’sdisturbance.Iwantyoutojoinmeinalittlemeditationnowbasedonthisprinciplethatyouhavetobebehindtheeyesandnotstartfromanywhereelse.Therefore,stepnumberoneisthatyoucloseyoureyesandimaginethatthisisahouseandyouareonthesixthfloorsittinginthecenterofthisroom.Closeyoureyesandlet’sstart.Onlystayinthecenteroftheheadandnootherthoughtexceptwhatisthere.Lookaroundthere.Isitdark?Canyouseealittlelight?Canyouseeacolor?Whatishappeninginside?Butdon’tfollowanything.Don’tchasethelight.Don’tchaseanything.Stayinthecenter.Ifyoufeelyouaretoomuchforward,pullyourselfbackwithyourfeet.Feetonthehardfloorthatyouhavemadebehindtheeyes.Keepyourselfinthecenter…

Openyoureyes,comeback.Youcanrubyourface,rubyourhandsandfeet.Overalongperiodoftimewhenyoudothis,youwillfeelthatitiseasytorubyourfaceandyourarmstoquicklygetbackinthephysicallevel,especiallywhenyoustarttravelingintootherregions,itbecomeseasytocomeback.Howmanyofyoucouldlocateyourselfinthecenterofthehead?Pleaseraiseyourhands.Howmanyofyouhaddifficulty?Howmanyofyouhadthoughtscomingwhichmadeyougooutoftheheadagainandagain?Almosteverybody.Nowwehavetofindasolutiontothisproblem,andstepbystepwearegoingtofindasolutiontoalltheseproblems.

Openyoureyes.Welcomeback.Howmanyofyoufounditwaseasierwhenyourepeatwordstoholdtothecenter?Verygood.That’sbetter.Howmanyofyouwereseeingsomecolorsorsomeimages,somefacescominginfrontofyouwhenyouweretryingtodothis?Verygood.Wehavetofindasolutiontothat,too.Ifyouhaveaguru,amaster,whenwedoitnow,whenyouarerepeatingthewords,lookatthefaceofthemasteratthesametimesothateventhevisionisnotdistractedbyanythingelse.Ifitisdistracted,itisbythefaceofyourownmaster,yourownguru,sothatwillpreventthedistractionofthemindbyvisualthingshappeninginside.Youaretrappingthemindtostayinthecenter,notgooutbythoughts,controllingthoughts,thewordsofthought,bysimran,byrepetition,controllinganyimagesbytheimageofyourownguru,andstayinginthecenter,therebytryingtoseeifanythingelsehappens.Ifyoufindlightscomeuporanybrightthingshappening,lookatthemfromadistance.Don’tmovetowardsit,becausewhenyouwillmovetowardsityouwilllosethecenteranditwillstop.Itisnotcomingbecauseyouaremoving.Itiscomingbecauseyouarestill.Themorestillyouareinthecenterofyourhead,themoreyourexperienceswillstart.Soletustrynow.Ifyoucanusethedhyan,thisiscalledcontemplation,dhyanofyourguru,whiledoingyoursimran,whiledoingyourrepetition,youcanseetheface.WhydoIsayseethefacealongwithyoursimran?Becausethemindcanmakemanyfacesupbyimaginaryway.Ifyouaredoing

yoursimranandthathasbeengiventoyoubyaperfectmaster,noimaginaryfigurecancomeup.Youcannotmakeuptheeyesandforeheadofamasterifyouarerepeatingthesewords.Itisagoodprotection.Itisaprotectionagainstimaginaryfaces,andyouwanttododhyanofyourguru,yourrealguru.Therefore,youshouldrepeatthewordsalongwiththevisualizationofyourmaster’sfaceinfrontofyouandstayrightinthecenterwhenyouaredoingthis.Nothingshouldtemptyoutomoveforward.Ifanyotherfacescome,letthemcomeandgo.Somefacesmaybeveryodd.Youmayneverhaveseenthem,butyouhaveseenthem.Somecomefrompastlives,andduringmeditationmanyexperiencesarepulledbackfrompastlives.Sonothingtoworryabout;itisjustanormalfeature.Letthemgo.Somewilllookgrotesque;somewilllookfunny,butthatisnormal.Iftheycome,theywillmovefromonesidetotheotherautomatically.Youstayinthecentertryingtoseethefaceofyourmasterandsayingthewords.Let’stry.Closeyoureyesanddodhyanandsimranatthesametime…Openyoureyes.Welcomeback.Howmanyofyoucoulddothis,seeyourguru,yourisht,yourbeloved’sfacewhileyouweredoingthemeditationsimranalso?Howmanyofyouhaddifficultydoingboththingstogether?Itrequirespractice.Thisrequiresalittlemorepractice,notonlytobeabletoseeandrepeatatthesametimebuttosee,repeat,andbeabletoaskquestionswhileyouarerepeatingbytwodifferentvoicesinthemind.Oneisrepeatinginabasevoice.Ontopofthat,youcanstilltalktoyourmaster.Itwillneedsomepractice.Ifyouhavedoneit,youknowthatyoufirststarttalkingtoyourmasterwhoseimageyouseeandthentocheckthatheisreallythemasterthere,youstartrepeating.Whilerepeatingthewords,youcanstarttalking,havingconversationwiththemaster.Itbecomeseasyifyoudothesimran,therepetition,onaregularbasiswhilewalking,working,cooking,whenyouaredoingotherthingsandyoukeeponrepeatingthesewords,youhabituatethemindtorepeatthewords.Whenyouhabituatethemind,youwillsitinmeditationandautomaticallythemindstartsrepeatingthesewords.Yougotosleepitautomaticallystartsrepeatingthewords.Byputtingitintoahabit—themindlikeshabits.Ifthemindmakesahabitofrepeatingthesewords,itbecomesveryeasyfortherepetitiontogoonandyouarestillontopofittalkingtoyourmaster.Ifthemaster’sface,eyesandforehead,remainsteady,heisthere.Youcanaskquestions.Youcanhaveaconversation.Youcanjustenjoyhiscompany.Youcanflywithhim.Howmanyofyouwouldliketofly?Let’stryflightintheastralsky.Okay,nowwhenyouwereintheroom,howmanyofyoufeltthattheroomwasverylarge,expanded?Bigspace?Howmanyofyoufeltithadwallsandwindows?Verygood.NowthistimeIamgoingtosuggestthatyoulookforawindow.Everyhallthatwecreateintheheadandsittherehasalightcomingfromsomewhere.Wherethelightcomesfrom…itcouldbefromtheside,itcouldbeinfront,itcouldbeintheback.Youcanturnaround,notwiththishead,turnaroundwiththeheadinside,andsaythereitis.Iwillmakeyou,urgeyoutolookatthe

window,andyouwillfindthatyourbeing,whatyouaresittingintheroomupstairs,thatbeinghasnoweight.Youwillnoticethat.Ifyoumove,thereisnoweightinthat,andwithouttheweight,thatformofyours,whichissimilartothisform,itisanimaginaryformbutsimilartothisform,cangooutofthewindowandflywithoutfalling.Let’stryit.Closeyoureyes.Let’sflyintheastralsky.Closeyoureyes.Openyoureyes.Welcomeback.Howmanyofyoucouldfly?Iamveryhappy!Thatisquiteanumber.Otherswillgetachancewithalittlemorepracticebecausethisisanaturalsky.Itisnotthissky.Itistheinnersky.Youjustgotaglimpseofthatinnersky,anditwillbenaturalforyoutogowheneveryoulikeandflyinthatskyinthefuture.Justalittlemorepracticeisneeded.Nowwhatwearedoinghereissimplyunderstandingthatthereissomethingmoreinsideusthanwewereimagining.Itisnotpuredarknesswhenwecloseoureyes.Therearealotofthingsgoingonthere,butthisisnotgoodmeditation.Whatwehavebeendoingispoorqualityofmeditation.Somethingreallyimportantismissing,withoutwhichmeditationcannotbecalledgoodmeditation.Whatismissingisthatwehavenotputanyloveanddevotionintoit.Wearedoingitmechanically.Wearedoingitlikeamachine,likethebodyisamachineandwearedoingallthesethings.Theydonottakeustoofar.Ifyouwanttomakerealspiritualprogress,thenwehavetointroducetheelementofloveanddevotion,whichmeansthatyoushouldbeabletoexperiencetheloveofyourguruforyouandyourdevotiontotheguru.Thatiswhyweusetwowords.Prem,bhaktiaretwowords.Loveanddevotionaretwowords.Whydoweusetwowordsandnotone?Becauseweareincapableofunderstandinglove.Wehavebeencallingourattachmentsaslove.Inattachment,wearealwaysconsciousoftwopeople.“Iamlovingyou”means“IknowmyselfbetterthanIknowyou,”andthatiswhywesay“Iloveyou.”Inreallove,“I”isforgotten.Amaster’sloveissuchthatheplacesusaheadofhimselfinhisownconsciousness.Thatissopowerful,thataffectsus.Somethinghappenstous.Eveninthepresenceofamasterwefeelsomethingbecauseofthat.Sowearedevoted.Ourexpression,whateverwesay,evenifwesay“thankyou”itisanactofdevotion.Ifwefollow,wecantouchhisfeet.Hecangiveusahug.Hecanexpressinwords.Hecanexpressbyasmile,andwefeelsowonderfulaboutit.Thisisaconnectionofloveanddevotionbetweenamasterandadisciple.Ifthatisnotthere,meditationisaveryhollowthingthanotherwise.Sowehavetointroducetheelementofloveanddevotiontomakeitgoodmeditation.Let’sdoitnow.Nowlet’sgobackthere,andthistimewenotonlydowhatwehavejustbeendoing,whichmeansrepeatingoursimran,visualizingthemaster,butexpressing,talkingtothemaster,tellinghimhowyoufeel,thankinghimforwhathegaveandcomplainingtohimwhathedidnot,complaining,“Whydidn’tyoudothis?”Onlywhenyoulovesomebodyyoucansaythose

things.Thisisagoodopportunityforyoutocomplain,shout.Heisthebestfriend.Thereisnobetterfriend.Masteristhebestfriend.Youcansayanythingyoulikeandhewilllikeit.Youwillseeit.Youcantryitout.Therefore,thisisagoodopportunitytoshowhowyouwantthemastertobeclosetoyou.“Master,mymeditationshavenotbeensuccessful.Pleasedosomething.”Agoodtimetosaythat.“Master,whydidIgothroughthisheavykarma?Canyougivemealittleintervention,helpme.”Thisisthetimetosaythat.Thisisthetimetoexpressyourselftoafriendwhoisclosertoyouthananybodyintheworld,sotakethisopportunity.Closeyoureyes.Gobacktothesameplace.Thatisthemeetingplacebetweenyouandyourmaster,andexpressyourselfasfullyasyoucan.Anyquestionsyouhave,askhimthere.Anyproblemyouhave,expressitthere.Anyfeelingofloveyouhave,expressthatalso.Youarefreeatthistime,sousethisopportunityandtakeyourtime.Openyoureyes.Welcomeback.Howmanyofyoulikedthissession?Thatisthegoodone,right?Wearemovingontorealmeditation.Thatishowitshouldbe.Thatishowwefeelsoclosetoourownmaster,howwegetthebenefitofrealclosenessininitiation.WesaywehavegotNaamDhan.Yougotinitiationfromamaster.Ifyoudon’thaveadailycontactlikethis,weareputtingNaamDhaninapocketandkeepingitaway.Wearenotmakinguseofourinitiationifwearenothavingcontactwiththemasterinternallyeveryday.Thisshouldbearegularpractice,andthenyouwillfindautomaticallytheexperiencesyouwillhavewillbuildupyourfaithandgroweveryday.Everydayyouwillhavemorefaith,moreexperience,morecertainty,moreknowledge.Thatisthepurposeofthepathofthismaster.SantMatmeansthat.Thisisnotaritual.Itrequiresadailypracticeofthiskind.Therefore,whatwehavejustdone,whichwereveryshortsegments,afewminuteseach—whyIhadtocountfivesoquicklyeverytimewasbecausetimewaslimited.WhenIhaveameditationworkshopforthreedaysorsevendays,wedoitforthepropertime.Wedoitforareasonablygoodtimeforeachsteptobeexperiencedfullybeforewemovetothenextstep.Todaytakeitlikeasample.Thiswasjustasamplingofthestepswehavetotake.Ofcourse,thenextstepwhichcomesinduecourseifyouareabletocenteryourself,youwillbeabletohearthesoundcurrentinside.Oncethesoundsstartcoming,youcanhitchontothesoundbyputtingattentiononthesound,soundwillstartpullingyoufasterthansimran.Simranisgooduntilyoucanreachthesound.Whenthesoundcomes,youcanleavethesimranandsoundwillpull.Ifthesoundbecomesweak,youcangobacktosimran.Itisaregularpractice,andaftersometimewhenyouareabletocloseyoureyesornotcloseyoureyesandthesoundisthere,meditationwillmerelymeanthatdrawingyourattentiononwhatyouaredoingtoputtheattentiononwhatishappeningwiththesound.Youneitherhavetocloseyoureyesnorcloseyourears.Youjusthavetoputyourattentionthere,andyouaremeditating.Itwillbenaturalandautomaticanytime.Youcan

stepsthere.Whenyoucometothefinalstagewithaperfectlivingmaster,thosethreestepscountequallyasifyouwerewiththatmaster.SoneverworrythatwhetherIhaveaperfectguruornot.Thatisnotimportant.Importantthingis,areyouseeking?Areyouprogressinginside?Areyoumakingprogressandfeelingmoreandmoresatisfiedeveryday?Ifyouare,youareingoodshape.Andifyoufindyouarestucksomewhere,can’tgoanyfurther,prayformore.Maybeanotherguruwillcome,moreadvanced,andtakeyoufurther.Itisnotyourjob.Yourjobistoseek.Searchinside.Itisguru’sjobtocome.Itistheperfectguru’sjobtocomeinresponsetoyourseekingandtakeyou.Thatistheirrole!Thatiswhytheyarehereinthisworld,topickupthemarkedseekerswhoarereadyforthemtotakethembackhome.SothatiswhythesefewthingsIamtellingyoufrommyexperience,nottoworryaboutthesethings.Justpracticeyourmeditationlikewedidalittlepracticehere.Doitonalongbasis,long-termbasisregularly,everyday.Itellyouitisbettertodo15minutesofmeditationeverydaythanthreehoursonweekends.Tojustsay,“OnedayIwillcatchupallthemeditation”isnotthesamethingbecausemeditationbuildsuponitself.Everydayifyoudoitslowly,slowly,eachday’smeditationcountsonthenextday,sowhenyouleaveallthis,thenyoudropoffandstartalloveragain.Soinsteadofstartingalloveragaineverytime,buildslowly,slowlyanddon’tworry.Ifyoucan’tdotwo-and-a-halfhours,ifyoucan’tdotwohours,ifyouaremeditatingandyoufeelgoodfor10minutesandthenyoufeeltired,achingofthebody,don’tcontinue,becausewhenthebodyisaching,yourattentionisinthefeetandthelegsandyourachingarms,whatgoodisthatmeditation?Stop.Stopthereanddoanothertimeagain,another10minutes.Thenextdaydo11minutes,thendo12.Graduallyincreaseit,andyouwillfeelverycomfortable.Don’tberigid.Don’tmakespiritualityintoareligion.Don’tmakeitintoafad.Don’tloseyourowncommonsensewhileyouaredoingit.Itisbeingdonetogowithinbyputtingattentionthere.Ifattentionisscatteredtootherthings,includingyourbody,youarenotgoingwithin.Itisauselessthingtodoifyouarejustforcingyourself.TheSantMatmeditationofSuratShabdYogaisnotahathayoga.Itisnotayogaofobstinacy.“ImustabsolutelydothisbecauseIhavebeenaskedtodothis,”andyouaregettingnothingoutofitbecauseyourattentionisnotgatheringthere.Attentionisgoingintoyourbodyandelsewhere.Doitcomfortably.Relaxasmuchasyoucan,butregularly.Thatismoreimportant.Sodowhateveryoucananddoitregularly.Itwillbemorebeneficialforyou.IhopeallthisexperiencesofmineonthehurdlesthatIhavegonethroughandthesuccessesIhave,Iamsharingwithyouthattheymightbehelpfulforyou.Ihopethiswillhelpyouinyourownprogress.IfIcandoanyservice,Iamreadytodobecausethisismyseva,nottoyou,sevatomyguru.Iamdoingitforsevatomyguru.Anysevahegivesme,Ilikeit.WhenIwasyoung,hegavemesevatopickupabigfan(therewasnoelectricity)tofan.Normallybigpeopleweredoingit.Isaid,“CanI?Maharaji,canIalsodothisfan?”“Sure,askthesevadar.Handhimthe

Imusttellyouquestionsareveryimportant.Ifyoudon’taskaquestion,youcan’tsucceedinmeditationbecausequestionswillhauntyouinsideofyourheadbecausequestionscancreateadoubt,anddoubtpreventssuccessinmeditation.Youmustaskyourquestions.Youmustsatisfyyourmindbeforeyoucansatisfyyoursoul.Therefore,ifyouhaveanyquestions,youmustask,mustgetanswerstoallyourquestions,thenyouwillmakebetterprogress.

Yes,whatisyourquestion?GreatMastertoldmeitisagoodthingifadiscipledoesenoughmeditationtobringtheradiantform,nurisaroop,ofthemasterinhismeditationbeforethemasterphysicallydies.Ifthathappens,thenyouwillnoticethatforthatpersonthemasterwillneverdie.Whenthemasterphysicallydies,youwillseehimmorealivethanyousawhiminhisphysicalbody.Heiswithyou,andyourelyuponthatmaster,wholooksmorerealthanwhatyousawinthephysicalbody,soforyou,masterhasneverdied.Hewilltravelwithyou.Youwilldriveacar,andhewillsitintheseatnexttoyou.Notonlywillyouseehiminmeditation;youwillseehimaroundyouallthetime.Soforyou,thatmasterhasneverdied.Thatiswhyhesaiditisaverygoodthingforadiscipletodoenoughmeditationbeforeamasterpassesawayphysicallyinhisphysicalbodytomanifesthimintheradiantforminside.Ifyoucannotdothatandthemasterpassesaway,thenitbecomesalittlemoredifficult,andthenyouhavetomeditateevenmore.Youhavetomeditatethreetimesmoretogettheradiantform,butyoucanstillgetit,onlyyouhavetodomore.Whathappensisthatwhenthemasterisalive,youhaveaquestion,youcangotothemasterandaskhim.Whenhehasalreadydied,whodoyougoto?Hesays,again,ifyouhadtheradiantformofthemasterinside,hewillgiveyoutheanswerexactlyashewouldhavewhenhewasalive.Soyoucangetalltheanswers.Ifyouhaven’thadthat,youarestilltryingtosearchforthatandyoustillhavequestionstoask,thenyoucangotoanyseniorsatsangi,anyseniorfollowerofthatmaster,orifnecessary,anothermasterandaskthosequestionsandgettheanswers.Butyourmasterwillbetheonewhoinitiatedyou.Onedayaftergettingsatisfactionfromasenioradvancedsatsangiwhoyouknowwhoinmaster’stimewasdeclaredtobeanadvancedsatsangi,hecangiveyoutheanswerandguideyouuntilyougettheradiantformofthemasterinside.Otherwiseyoucanconsultanybodywhoyouthinkisknowingmorethanyoudo,andthathelps.
