As mother (Letitia Coetzee) and daughter (Chantél Coetzee) we

strive to plan and shape each event with care and as an individual

priority. Our bond is a foundation of trust, creativity, love and joy –

which we proudly use and spread when it comes to our business.

families, a lot of options for businesses and creativeness for the

perfect birthday party.

Choosing the right team for the job is crucial. Our mission is to break

through the ordinary by making our passion our profession to gain

perfection in our work.

How? Simply by creating the perfect scene for each event as if we

are planning our own wedding or function. Events like these are

personal and should reflect the client’s desires and style.

Lastly, our main goal is to send each client home with a memory to

share forever.

What we offer Packages include the Soverby Lapa (SL) Venue, a beachfront restaurant and

venue situated in the heart of the West Coast, Dwarskersbos. Also, the divine

catering service by Soverby Lapa’s restaurant owner and foodie, Emile Coetzee.

In total, we offer a stress-free experience to all clients – handling the planning,

detail, décor and everything in between on behalf of our clients.

Our Packages Our packages are two-fold:

The Foundation Package is the fixed part of the deal, which is not to be altered.

The Desire part adds to the foundation part, which is worked out personally

for each bride, in line with her preferences.

Thus, a quotation will work as follow:

Chosen wedding package’s foundation price + the desire package’s price.

For example, if you choose the Diamond Package:

R 23, 000.00 + R 52, 000.00

The above total (as well as indicated below) includes the foundation price.

Keep in mind that the Desire prices in this booklet are just examples and

estimates – for your own Desire Package email us via

We also offer recommendations regarding photographers, DJ’s, wedding cake

baking services, accommodation and more.

If the bride wishes to hand over some arrangements, we offer an extra service

at a very low fee, to take over and give the bride a total worry-free experience.

Lastly, we are all about lists and prioritizing. Once a bride has picked her

package which includes our décor or other special services – we offer an all-

inclusive wedding planning list, which we will use to keep the bride up to date

with the arrangements – making sure nothing is left out or forgotten!
