white ribbon (poem)

1
White Ribbon I thank the tiny object For its thoughtful intension, As it twirls and sways in the morning breeze, To the silent melody in the background. There you dance in the onyx night sky, Blissfully unaware of how the moonlight bounces off your pearly white surface Giving you a glowing aura, As if you had an angelic past. You dance ad you play with your little games As you travail from town to town. From time to time, people shall stare At your snowy complexion, As you carry on With your mission. I have said it once, But now I will make it twice. I thank the tiny object For it has helped me with one of the troubles of life. Love.

White Ribbon

I thank the tiny objectFor its thoughtful intension,As it twirls and sways in the morning breeze,To the silent melody in the background.

There you dance in the onyx night sky,Blissfully unaware of how the moonlight bounces off your pearly white surfaceGiving you a glowing aura,As if you had an angelic past.

You dance ad you play with your little gamesAs you travail from town to town. From time to time, people shall stareAt your snowy complexion,As you carry onWith your mission.

I have said it once,But now I will make it twice.I thank the tiny objectFor it has helped me with one of the troubles of life.

Love.
