Positive Futures are providing these activities as part of Sefton’s Aiming High for Disabled Children, Transforming Short Breaks programme.

Whit Week 2010

Please note that those activities with a * next to them have limited places so don’t forget to book early!

• If you would like to book a place on an activity please contact the Positive Futures team.

• If a young person is unable to attend an activity, please contact the team as soon as possible so that we can allocate the place to someone else.

• Please ensure that young people have enough drinks, especially if they are taking part in sport.

• Some activities will be taking place outside so please ensure that young people have the appropriate clothing.

• All young people are signed in to every activity and we do ask you to leave details of an emergency contact so we can keep in touch.

• One outing per young person allowed, however young people can attend all activity days.

• Please ensure young people are at the location at the advised time and stay with them until they are registered by a member of Positive Futures staff. Please try not to arrive too early as this may lead to some safety issues.
