This is yet another example of the obstruction of justice by Hillary and theU.S. State Department in Leader v. Facebook.
This collusion with Facebook was wantonly criminal on many levels.
Columbus innovator Leader Technologies, Inc. was suing Facebook forpatent infringement on Nov. 19, 2008 in Delaware federal district court.Reagan-appointed judge Joseph J. Farnan, Jr. was assigned the case.
While the case was preparing for trial, and despite four motions to compel,Mark Zuckerberg stonewalled providing his 2003-2004 Harvard computerdevices and emails for review in the case. We now know that his attorneysat Gibson Dunn LLP had custody of 28 Harvard computer hard drives andemails. After stonewalling for a year, they lied to the court and said theyhad lost the information.
We believe Facebook and Zuckerberg hid this information because it willprove that Zuckerberg is a mere stooge of the rogue C.I.A. and was giventhe programming code from the IBM Eclipse Foundation to start Facebook. Itwill prove that IBM was given the code from James P. Chandler, III who stoleit from his legal client Leader Technologies, Inc.
What Leader had no way of knowing was that Chandler was workingintimately at the highest level with the Secretary for the Department ofDefense’s Highlands Forum to weaponize the Internet. He held illegalprivate meetings with favored private companies to set policy on how theInternet would be controlled and profited from by the military-industrialcomplex.
This cabal of military-industrial complex criminals have used Leader’sinvention for 17 years for free. Leader’s shareholders across the country arestarting to file Miller Act Notice to demand that President Donald Trumppay them for using their property without compensation.
While Zuckerberg was openly lying to the court, Hillary Clinton and theState Department entered into secret contracts with Facebook to build “atemplate for winning elections using advanced Facebook marketing.” Thesecontracts were managed by “Dmitry Shevelenko” whose Russian backgroundhas been obscured by the shadow government.
OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
In American courts, litigants have a solemn right to a fair trial. Litigantshave the right to assume that no government representative will use theirposition of public trust to interfere in the case in favor of either side. Whena government representative interferes in a case, that crime is called“obstruction of justice” for obvious reasons. Those interfering areattempting to influence the outcome of the case in favor of one of theparties.

In American elections, citizens have a solemn right to a free and fairelection. American citizens must fight abuse of theconstitutional right for authors and inventorsto enjoy the fruits of their inventions, as amatter of matter of basic property rights andsound public policy. Otherwise, instead ofinnovation, creativity, genius, ideas, vision,courage, entrepreneurship, respect, property,rejuvenation, morals, ethics, values, renewal,truth, facts, rights, privacy, solutions andjudicial faithfulness,
. . . our society and economy will be draggeddown (and eventually destroyed) by copying,infringement, thievery, counterfeiting,hacking, greed, misinformation, exploitation,abuse, waste, disrespect, falsity, corruption,bribery, coercion, intimidation, doublespeak,misconduct, lies, deception, attorney "darkarts," destruction, confusion, dishonesty,judicial chicanery and lawlessness.
If we do not speak up, impeach derelictjudges and imprison corrupt attorneys, wecannot possibly hope to start fixing thecurrent ills in our society. Without justice andrespect for private property, democracy hasno sure foundation.
OUR MISSION

Facebook patent infringement casefirst came to our attention after learning thatthe trial judge, Leonard P. Stark, U.S. DistrictCourt of Delaware, ignored his jury’sadmission that they had no evidence tosupport their on-sale bar verdict, but thejudge supported it anyway.
The judicial misconduct has deterioratedfrom there, replete with two of the threejudges on the Federal Circuit appeal panel,Judges Alan D. Lourie and Kimberly A. Moore,holding Facebook stock that they did notdisclose to the litigants, and later tried toexcuse through a quick motion slipped in atthe last minute by the Clerk of Court, JanHorbaly, and his close friends at The FederalCircuit Bar Association. (The DC Barsubsequently revealed that Mr. Horbaly is notlicensed to practice law in Washington D.C.)
The judges ignored shocking new evidencethat Mark Zuckerberg withheld 28 hard drivesof 2003-2004 evidence from LeaderTechnologies that could prove actual theft(and therefore claims even more serious thaninfringement). In addition, Facebook's appealattorney, Thomas G. Hungar of Gibson DunnLLP, has close personal ties to just aboutevery judicial player in this story. Themisconduct appears to reach into the U.S.Patent Office through abuse of thereexamination process by Facebook. We willstay focused on Leader v. Judge Stark heardhis jury foreman admit that thejury made the on-sale bar decisionwithout any evidence other thanspeculation, and yet he supportedthat verdict anyway. Just monthsbefore trial, Judge Stark allowedFacebook to addthe on-sale barclaim after theclose of all factdiscovery andblocked Leaderfrom preparing its defenses to thisnew claim. Judge Stark allowed theclaims despite Leader's propheticargument that the action wouldconfuse the jury and prejudiceLeader. He also permitted the juryto ignore the Pfaff v. WellsElectronics, Inc. test for on-salebar, even after instructing the juryto use it. (See thatJury InstructionNo. 4.7 here.) Healso contradictedhis own instructionto Leader toanswer Interrogatory No. 9 in thepresent tense (2009), thenpermitted the jury to interpret itas a 2002 admission as well.Facebook's entire on-sale bar caseis based upon this interrogatory.(Editorial : Hardly sufficient tomeet the "heavy burden" of theclear and convincing evidencestandard.)
