Why we needed it?The purpose of the switch is to eliminate the possibility of injecting chlorine and/or acid in the return line of the pool whenthere is no water flow. This could happen if the circulation pump was not operational or the filter was in backwash.How does it work?The chemical feeders are plugged into the Aquasol Controller, the controller is plugged in the safety pressure switch and the safty pressure switchis plugged into a 110vac power receptacle. The safety pressure switch is plumbed into the return line to the pool. See diagram on back cover. Thepressure switch is internally adjusted to turn on when there is adequate pressure in the line and turn off when there is a loss of pressure. No manualreset is required. Why we needed it?The purpose of the switch is to eliminate the possibility of injecting chlorine and/or acid in the return line of the pool whenthere is no water flow. This could happen if the circulation pump was not operational or the filter was in backwash.How does it work?The chemical feeders are plugged into the Aquasol Controller, the controller is plugged in the safety pressure switch and the safty pressure switchis plugged into a 110vac power receptacle. The safety pressure switch is plumbed into the return line to the pool. See diagram on back cover. Thepressure switch is internally adjusted to turn on when there is adequate pressure in the line and turn off when there is a loss of pressure. No manualreset is required.
