Where Are They Now?
Caroline Herre
Caroline attended The Williams School from kindergarten through eighth grade. She participated in
sports, the musical and forensics. She loved her teachers and could not possible pick a favorite. She
went to Norfolk Academy for grades 9 - 12. At Academy, she finished her senior year as a captain of
three varsity sports, Community Service Board chairperson, and a member of the student council.
She currently attends the University of Virginia as a Jefferson Scholar. She counts her friends from

The Williams School
After graduating from Williams in 1998, I attended
Norfolk Collegiate School where I played varsity sports,
particularly varsity softball for four years (short stop), and
served my senior year as co-editor of the Yearbook.
At James Madison University I received my Bachelor of
Science in Biology. Immediately following graduation, I
married my high school sweetheart, Brandon Hendrix, and
moved to Richmond. Brandon is a Project Manager for
Ryan Homes.
Work History, cont.:
BusinessSuites, an executive office suite company based in
Austin, Texas providing facilities and services for
businesses that desire a market presence but do not wish to
own an independent property, selected me as their Client
Service Coordinator in their West End office. After 3 years I
was promoted to Center Manager.
After the birth of my son, Parker, in February 2011, I
accepted two positions in order to work from home: one as a
coordinator for The Nance Law Firm and one as an
independent contractor with The Williams School as a
development associate.
The Williams School prepared me thoroughly for all the
opportunities I have been fortunate to experience and for the
variety of positions in which I have served. My education
there fortunately also taught me to try new challenges and
to step out of my comfort zone in order to pursue new
adventures. I have enjoyed each step of the way, am
thoroughly enjoying my present time as a stay-at-home
Mom, and look forward to the upcoming chapters as they
evolve
