Wherever documents are listed, Spicer lets you display and mark up information simply by clicking on the Imagenation or Image a·X link beside the document icon View Externally Referenced Files Spicer displays externally referenced files (x-refs) that have been checked into the Hummingbird repository. Users can also check in and view x-ref files from a specified path on the client machine or on the corporate network. • File Versioning When a document is requested from the Hummingbird repository, Spicer displays the most recent version of the file with the most up-to-date markups.
