Quickly and easily display 2D and 3D CAD, raster, vector, hybrid, and office documents such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe PDF.

• Seamless IntegrationSpicer launches automatically within the Hummingbird environment. Wherever documents are listed, Spicer lets you display and mark up information simply by clicking on the Imagenation or Image a·X link beside the document icon

• View Externally Referenced FilesSpicer displays externally referenced files (x-refs) that have been checked into the Hummingbird repository. Users can also check in and view x-ref files from a specified path on the client machine or on the corporate network.

• File Versioning When a document is requested from the Hummingbird repository, Spicer displays the most recent version of the file with the most up-to-date markups. Users can also view previous versions of documents and markups from a list displayed on the Version Page in Hummingbird.

• Secure AccessAdministrators have complete control to define security parameters for document access and markup. When a user requests a document, Spicer verifies the user’s permissions and enables the appropriate functions, for example view-only, view-only with markups, or full view-markup.

• Link Documents While viewing documents, Spicer gives Hummingbird users the ability to link the document to any other file in the repository. Image a·X and Imagenation can also display linked files and the base document in separate windows.

• Check In Markups and Reference FilesHummingbird users can easily check in Spicer markup sessions to the repository. Reference files can also be checked in and linked to base documents in the repository.

• Easy-to-use InterfaceImagenation and Image a·X viewing and markup tools were designed with the user in mind and are optimized for rapid deployment and simple operation.

• Printer and Plotter Output Spicer can print documents to virtually any printer or plotter. Advanced printing features include stamps, banners, tiling, scaling, orientation, and print-as-displayed.
