R&E Operation Redwood

Summary

When Julian Carter Li’s mother goes away on a trip to China Julian is forced to live with his rich aunt and uncle. That might sound great, but for Julian that is horrible. They are extremely strict and just plain mean. So when Julian accidentally finds an email accusing his uncle of cutting down Big Tree Grove, an area where some of the last redwoods in the world are he doesn't only believe it. He tries to save the trees. Will he be in time to save the redwoods, or will his uncle cut them down them down first? Read Operation Redwood to find out.

at the base Redwoods date back to about 240 million years ago There is only about 5% of the original redwood forest left in the world
