Our “Why” (What We Believe)
As Trojans Helping Trojans, our responsibility is to
BUILD up the USC Marshall brand and each
other. We set the Cardinal & Gold Standard
with opportunities to ENGAGE and INVOLVE the
USC Marshall community (alumni, faculty, staff,
and current and prospective students) so that
everyone thrives personally and professionally.
We GIVE back our time and money by investing
in people and events.

Protean Ventures is an entrepreneurial investment company that funds an Independent Business Owner operation for ACN, the world’s largest direct seller of essential services for residential and small
businesses.
USC MARSHALL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION 1995 - Present Orange County Chapter Board of Directors and host a monthly business luncheon in Newport Beach

Engagement included Salesforce CRM improvements, accounting software upgrade and budgeting, website integration, service contract analysis, client relations, and charitable organizations coordination.
CEO entrusted me to manage sensitive staff compensation, contract, and personal finance information.
OUTDOOR LIGHTING PERSPECTIVES
2002 – 2006
President Founded, developed, and successfully sold the first California-based franchise for Outdoor Lighting
Perspectives, the nation’s largest residential landscape lighting company. Executed marketing plan that rapidly grew residential lighting sales 97% to $380K from 2003 to 2004 earning national “Most-Improved”
award for best sales growth. Negotiated successful sale of company to private party.

1997 – 2005
Co-Founder, Vice President Business Development Profitably grew accounting software consulting business from inception to $2.3M, two-office, 15-person
professional staff level. Company garnered both industry and public recognition including finalist for Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Negotiated successful acquisition by Arxis Technology in 2005.
