I am Irina Zusman from Edmonton, AB and I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. I went to FUEL in Mission, to do light therapy to relieve pain in my body. I did two 30 minute sessions daily for 6 days and 2 reiki sessions. After my pain significantly receded, enabling me to be more active and full of energy to this day. I also drank alkaline water (FUEL’s specific Dolphin Water) and that is all I drank for my stay in Mission. After a few days of drinking the water I felt my body really starting to cleanse itself and until this day I drink this water knowing I am healthier and filled with more energy than I have in a long time. I reduced my morphine from 12 tablets to 1, my pain is almost gone! When I came back to Edmonton I did blood work the next day. My oncologist told me that my test is perfect and looked like I never did chemotherapy. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dolf and Zorka for all the support, love and hospitality they so willingly gave to me and for this great experience with these amazing people who helped me along with my healing process.

BOEING-BOEING

A M I L E – H I G H C O M E D YBOEING-BOEINGA MILE-HIGH COMEDY By Marc CamolettiTranslated by Beverley Cross and Francis Evans

OCTOBER 15, 2013

Bernard, a successful architect in swinging sixties Paris, is even more successful with the ladies. In fact, he juggles the hearts of three air hostesses who jet in and out of his groovy bachelor pad. But when Boeing introduces a faster jet, Bernard’s precise romantic timetable goes hysterically off course and turbulence looms.

DRIVING MISS DAISY A COMEDY OF AN UNLIKELY FRIENDSHIP By Alfred Uhry

JANUARY 27, 2014 This Pulitzer Prize–winning play follows the charming adventures of a Southern matriarch and her chauffeur over a 25-year friendship, and reveals the power of the human heart to overcome prejudices and open up to new possibilities.

A Load of CobblersCobblers are an old-fashioned dish - either savoury or sweet. Served in a deep dish they have a scone or cake like topping.

Here are some favourites....

1tbsp sunflower oil500g mince beef1 onion - finely chopped2 carrots - finely chopped500ml beef stock1tsp worcestershire sauce2 tbsp plain flour140g frozen peassalt & ground black pepper

Topping140g plain flour140g grated cheese1 tsp mustard powder30g butter - diced1 egg1 tbsp milk

MethodHeat oven to 200°C/GM 6. Heat oil in a large pan. Cook onion and carrot for 10 mins. Add mince and brown. Add worcester sauce and flour. Stir well and add stock. Season and simmer for 30 mins. Stir regularly to prevent sticking. Meanwhile make the cobbler - mix flour, cheese & mustard then rub in the butter with fingers. Beat the egg and milk and add to the dry mixture. Mix well. It should be quite a firm dough. Add peas to the mince and place in an ovenproof dish. Take handfuls of the dough, roughly flatten and place on top of the mince. Cook for 30 mins until golden and bubbling.
