CSV Upload Supporting Attachments

Purpose

• Provide the ability to not only create business process records via a CSV but also provide the ability to include the attachments at the same time.

• Reduces the number of steps when creating a record.

• Prior to this release, in order to upload a new revision of a document, the user had to remove the attachment and therefore lose any comments/markups.

• This release now supports attachment revisions allowing users to upload multiple versions of a document and therefore keep all comments/markups.

• Provide a single form where users can view all attachments on a business process in order to significantly reduce the number of clicks.

• Provide on the same form the ability to add comments and markup on the attachment.

• Provide the ability to update the line items on which the attachment is related.

• Provides ability to pull document from a completed project in Unifier into a corporate document management system.

• Allows the ability to add a documents from external systems directly into Unifier.

• Two versions of the services are provided

–One that requires a system username/password that provides access to all folders and files regardless of permissions

–One that requires a users username/password and takes into account the users permissions.

Configuration Packages



Purpose

• Production Bundles have been renamed to Configuration Packages to avoid confusion.

• All configuration on the Administration side can now be packaged.

• Tagging is more granular in that we do not assume a BP Setup has to be taken over just because a BP in uDesigner and a Shell are tagged. If you want both the BP and the Setup you need to tag both.

• Administrators can now package all their configuration from their Staging environment and move it to the Production Environment.

• Partners can create solutions and create Configuration Packages in order to deploy them.

Unifier Gateway Provider



Purpose

• Enhance the Unifier Gateway Provider to make use of enhancements in Primavera Gateway to support Dynamic Objects and Mapping.

Enhancements • Unifier Business Processes when Deployed no longer map to generic

objects in the Unifier Dictionary within Gateway. They create Objects with the same name as the BP. The user then needs to define the Flow Control and the Cross-References within the Object in Gateway.

• The Unifier Provider now supports bi-directional integration.
