POCONO RANCH LANDS 2019 DUES RAFFLE
GRAND PRIZE: 2019 DUES PAID *Equals the amount of ONE property*
TICKETS = $10 DRAWING TO BE HELD ON OR BEFORE 12/31.
No cash will be awarded; prize will be applied directly to the winner’s account. Winner need not to be present to win. Proceeds of the raffle will go to the Reserves. If sales do not exceed the Grand Prize amount,
money will be refunded.
If anyone is interested in Arts & Crafts?
Possibilities include jewelry making, lanyards,
origami (e.g. dollar bill rings), or if you have a
favorite arts & crafts (e.g. knitting, crocheting,
painting). Let me know & we’ll see if we can
set it up. Classes will be held in the Clubhouse.

(approx. $10 value) with your child’s names for Santa to distribute.
A reminder to all home owners, please make sure that your home is properly winterized before leaving it for any extended period of time. Section 4 Residents: please insulate any external pipes to prevent cracks due to freezing.

There is recycling bin system in place next to the compactors. Please be sure to read the labels carefully and only deposit into the
containers items that are allowed.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ANY DISPOSABLE PLASTIC BAGS TO BE PUT IN THESE CONTAINERS!
Please flatten or cut up cardboard boxes
before placing in container.
The fenced area, next to the recycling, is for residents to drop off brush & leaves.
Dumping of Bulk items is NOT allowed. Anyone found illegally dumping bulk refuse (anything other than household trash) will
be assessed $100.
