TAX REVISION COMMISSIONWe want your input!
The DC Tax Revision Commission is now taking upproperty taxes. Their next official Public Hearing
scheduled for June 24th. DCAR has received an NAR Issue Mobilization Grant to helpconduct economic research to help prepare testimony for theJune 24th hearing. DCAR now needs examples from members on howlower taxes will improve the vitality of DC's real estateindustry. DCAR Capital Investment Task Force DCAR leadership has convened a Capital Investment TaskForce to explore the possibility of a new headquarters facilityfor DCAR. Much still needs to be analyzed and reviewed aswe look into the future of our state association.
