How can we help from home?

– Suggest some Ideas for projects

– Some Research work can be carried out at home and brought in to be written up on the final sheets

– Materials – more exotic wood and materials are difficult for the school to purchase, if there is something your pupils really wants to use you might consider assisting them to buy them (however we recommend that you set a strict budget, Materials used do not count towards the making marks, they are marked on the skills used.)

– They will be unable to bring Controlled Assessment work home but you can support them by encouraging to after school sessions (currently a Thursday after school)
