Our goal is to make your property standout, therefore we complete a visual tour for every one of our properties. Below is a

snapshot of the monthly activity we get on our properties. You will receive an update via email every week.

Our properties are promoted by our weekly e-blast program. This email goes to 1,000’s of Islanders and local Realtors every week. Below is a copy of the one of the weekly e-blasts. By including interesting and local content we increase your properties exposure.

Real Good Google Juice!

Google Analytics shows our e-blasts put your property in front of up to 300 readers a week . Our goal is to provide meaningful content and therefore get your property maximum exposure!

This is what one Realtor had to say about our weekly e-blasts:

Networking Your Property is Important

A sampling of the Marketing Programs we offer!

If you feed them, they will come! – All of our listings will include a catered lunch or breakfast in the first 45 days. E-vites will be sent to all realtors. As well, neighbors will be called the day prior to the tour. Our job is to get agents into your property!

Guess the Selling Price – We have found that agents will provide honest feedback if we ask them to guess the selling price (closest wins). This form will be filled out by agents that attend the luncheon. We pay this fee at the time of closing.

Constant Tweaking – Our properties are constantly tweeked with review by our Real Estate Coach bi-monthly. At this time we discuss marketing programs that may improve the salability.
