Mr. Stitt has provided senior leadership for hospital operations and programmatic initiatives. He has pioneered marketresearch and data analysis techniques as a platform for healthcare organizational growth and expansion. Mr. Stitt’s innovationin the architecture, creation and implementation of multiple strategic systems have set the standard for data analysis andapplication in the healthcare industry.

Ira B. Bush’s “Point of Lights” program for its “Russian Children’s Project,” and received the Matrix Award from theDallas Morning News. This same hospital was recognized by Modern Health Care Magazine as one of the most profitablehospitals in the United States during Dr. Korman’s tenure.

Dr. Korman has served on numerous healthcare and civic boards of directors including the Editorial Board, Modern HealthcareMagazine, City of Dallas, “Mayor’s Commission on International Development,” Dallas AIDS Commission and the TexasHospital Association, Committee on Reimbursement and Medicaid.

Randy Phillips’ distinguished career in marketing, public relations and creative project management encompasses a widerange of experience and recognition as one of the most accomplished experts in healthcare marketing.

Mr. Phillips was president of Initiative Marketing, LLC and was the president and creative director for the Phillips Agency,which he built into one of the largest advertising, marketing agencies and public relations firms in the southwest. Previous lyhe was a Senior Account Supervisor at nationally renowned McCann Erickson. At McCann Erickson he was responsible formajor national and international accounts, including Kentucky Fried Chicken, Churchill Downs and Humana Inc. He also servedas a liaison with McCann’s office in Mexico City to implement a transfer of medical technology agreement with thegovernment of Mexico.

Mr. Phillips has won many awards for his projects at major organizations such as the American Cancer Society, HarrisMethodist Health System (Texas Health Resources), HCA North Texas, John Peter Smith Health Network, the WorldCraniofacial Foundation, and many others within and external to the healthcare industry.

Mitchell Brooks, M.D. is an internationally recognized orthopedic surgeon who has appeared on numerous nationallytelevised programs as an expert in health care policy, healthcare delivery systems and the development of innovativeconcepts for health care facilities.

Dr. Brooks received his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. He completedhis residency in Orthopedic Surgery at The Medical College of Virginia and a spinal surgery fellowship at New YorkUniversity/Bellevue Medical Center. He is a Fellow of The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Brooks developed one of the first privately operated orthopedic sports medicine surgical centers. He has co -authored thebook Sports Injuries with colleagues Mr. John Fairclough and Dr. Roger Evans.
