A true Porsche experience.

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming you to the Porsche Experience Centre. We know you’ve waited a long time for your visit and we appreciate you may have concerns. The health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and our team have always been a priority. In the present circumstances, Porsche has implemented further measures to ensure that every precaution is taken both on and off the tracks.

Whilst observing social distancing guidelines, the Porsche team has developed an experience that remains purely Porsche. From arrival at reception to your enjoyment of the wonderful food on offer and of course an exhilarating drive on the Porsche Tracks. We are confident that our guests will continue to enjoy the one-to-one, bespoke coaching and guidance from our team of highly-qualified Driving Consultants.

We hope this provides you with reassurance that we are doing everything to ensure your experience remains as safe and enjoyable as possible.

To keep everyone safe and well, we would like to ask you to observe the following, simple steps:

Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell

If you are not feeling well or may have had contact with anyone displaying possible COVID-19 symptoms, it’s very important that you stay at home and reschedule your visit.

Social Distancing

We ask that you adhere to a 2-metre social distance requirement between other people while at the facility. We have implemented measures throughout the building to assist with this, including floor and wall markings, well-managed access to washrooms.

What to expect.

Hand Sanitisers

There will be hand sanitisers located throughout the building as well as a plentiful supply of soap in all of the washrooms so that you are able to observe guidance on hand washing.

Guest Limitations

At the moment, in order to reflect current guidelines and safely manage building capacity, spectating guests are limited per booking. We appreciate that this may be disappointing but look forward to welcoming back more accompanying friends and family in the not too distant future.

Reception and registration

On arrival. you will be greeted by a Porsche host and signed in for your experience. We aim to keep waiting time to a minimum. Following a driving licence check and signing of your Conditions of Participation, you will be directed to the Porsche restaurant.

Masks and face coverings

We ask that masks or face coverings be worn on entering and while moving around the Experience Centre facility and in-car during your driving experience. Masks are only removed when seated in the restaurant.

Restaurant

The Porsche restaurant remains a very inclusive part of your experience. Whilst we have made some changes to how it will operate, we hope that you will agree your experience still reflects the level of hospitality that our guests have come to expect.

• Once registered, you will be shown to a dedicated table in our restaurant and which will be yours for the duration of your visit.

• We will be offering full table service – observing the appropriate distancing – for your refreshments throughout your visit. So, you can relax and enjoy the wonderful food and service offered by our team without having to move from your seat.

• All tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery will be thoroughly sanitised between guests.

• All of the restaurant team will be wearing facemasks while serving food and refreshments.

Your Driving Experience

Whilst we have been required to modify our approach to driving activities to ensure your safety and that of our team, we’re confident that you will be able to enjoy an exhilarating experience on the Porsche tracks.

• You will receive a short welcome and safety briefing with other guests while observing social distancing measures.

• All driving experiences will remain bespoke and delivered on a one-to-one basis with a dedicated Porsche Driving Consultant.

• Your Driving Consultant will be in car with you and provide their expert guidance throughout your experience.

• During your experience, face masks will be required to be worn at all times by yourself and your Driving Consultant when in the vehicle.

Our Fleet

As you would expect, we have implemented enhanced measures in place to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all of our cars.

• The interior and exterior of each vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each use.

• Seat covers, steering wheel and gear lever wrap will be applied immediately after the car has been valeted and only removed just prior to use by each guest.
