What should Clicky wear for Halloween this year? You decide! Draw Clicky in the Halloween costume you think he should wear. Then send your drawing to Clicky! One lucky kid will win a professional drawing of Clicky wearing their costume.

As parent and/or legal guardian of the above-named child (the “Child”), I hereby authorize the Child’s participation in Clicky’s Costume Contest (the “Contest”).

Forgoodandvaluableconsideration,thereceiptandsufficiencyofwhichisherebyacknowledged,onmyownbehalfandonbehalfoftheChild,IherebygranttoTheNationalCenterforMissingandExploitedChildren(“NCMEC”)anditslicensees,assigns,andsuccessorsininterestallrights,title,andinterest,throughouttheworldandinperpetuity,inandtotheChild’sartworksubmittedtotheContest(the“Artwork”)andtheresultsandproceedsthereofinconnectionwithproductionoftheArtwork.

OnmyownbehalfandonbehalfoftheChild:

1. IcertifythatthisArtworkisoriginalandthatIhavetheauthoritytowaivetherightstoalloftheArtworkandcontentcontainedtherein.

2. IherebyauthorizeNCMEC(i)touseandlicenseotherstousesuchArtworkinanymannerormediawhatsoever,including,withoutlimitation,unrestricteduseforpurposesofpublicity,advertising,fundraisingandeducation;and(ii)tousetheChild’sname,likeness,biographicorotherinformationinconnectionwiththeArtwork.

3. IacknowledgethatNCMECownsallrightstotheArtwork,includingwithoutlimitation,therighttoanyandallcopyrightsandanyextensionsorrenewalsthereof,andIherebywaivebothmymoralrightsandanyrightthatImayhavetoinspectand/orapprovethefinishedproducttowhichtheymaybeapplied.

4. IherebyreleaseanddischargeNCMEC,itsemployees,officers,directors,volunteers,licensees,designees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of orinconnectionwiththeuseoftheArtwork.

5. IacknowledgethatneitherInortheChildexpectanyremunerationorcompensationfromNCMECorfromanyotherpersonorentityfortherightandpermissiontousetheArtwork,asIgrantsuchrightandpermissionbecauseofmydesiretohelpNCMECinitsmissiontofindmissingchildrenandendchildexploitation.

I represent that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, that I am the parent and/or legal guardian of the Child, that I have the legal authority to sign this Authorization and Release on behalf of the Child, and that I have read this document and fully understand its contents.
